This is my first cruise with Bolsover,I must say the customer care has been most satisfying. I have on occasion had to call customer services, a few times to verify things.The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. I am very pleased and satisfied withe all the services at Bolsover, thank you.

Very quick and easy to contact Lola was…

Very quick and easy to contact Lola was extremely helpful and polite and we felt very at ease with the whole booking process. We have had six previous cruise using a different againt and although they are a huge company they were almost impossible to contact and when we did get through they would just past us around without sorting our issues, they also recorded our names incorrectly causing us no end of stress.

Easy booking Olivia was very helpful and the booking was easy .I had to contact them a few days later and they answered my question ,and got back to me when they said they would over a issue that was nothing to do with the booking .

Friendly experienced consultants

It was a Tailor made itinerary and we also had a budget to work to. Amber did our initial enquiry but was then off so Jess took over and we built on the itinerary Amber had put together. Jess was very patient as we kept making changes to try keeping within budget which eventually we went over but we ended up with the perfect itinerary. Both consultants were very helpful and we will be booking with them again.

Brilliant service with knowledgeable…

Brilliant service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Discussed the whole process, extra days pre and post cruise. Can’t recommend Bolsover enough, this is my third time booking with Bolsover and I will book through them in the future.

Cruise novice …

Rang to discuss a cruise as a first time cruiser and I spoke with Rose who was excellent. She was really helpful, explained everything about cruising and what I might need. I discussed with my husband and we decided to go ahead and book. I rang back and spoke with Lottie, again she was friendly and helpful going over things and reassuring me throughout. I booked the holiday and was impressed by the service I received over the telephone from both ladies

This was our first cruise - & Bolsover Cruise Club were just amazing!!!!! They arranged a fabulous hotel. All the taxi transfers too & from airport/hotel/ship were spot on too. The cruise was awesome. I loved it! The staff were all so helpful & am already looking to book another!

First class, nothing is too much trouble whoever you speak too, but a big thankyou to Matt he answered every question, he was so patient and helpful and gave us complete confidence, we wouldn't book with anyone else

Used Bolsover Cruise Travel 7…

Used Bolsover Cruise Travel 7 times.Never been disappointed.Not used them once to my regret.Tried to do it direct online with P&O. I had an accident in a fall damaged my ribs and side strain.No way could I go.Phoned Call Centre to cancel. The lady was very unhelpful, rude, showed no consideration or concern. I EMailed the chief exec to complain. Received a reply saying they were sorry and a full investigation was to be made. I wanted to re-scedule the cruise. Nothing came of it !!. Seeing I have been a solo traveller and having to pay double for the cabins. Wasnt happy. This latest cruise I booked at Bolsover Cruise Travel again. Travel expert I saw was Maisy Law. She has restored my faith in P&O Cruises. She was very helpful,pleasant and good at her job. Thank you Maisy !!

We have booked our cruise holidays through Bolsover for many years. Their customer service is excellent and consistent. The staff go above and beyond to give help and advice, even when we had to cancel a holiday because of health issues.

Exceptional service every time

We have used Bolsover to book cruises for many years and the service is always exceptional. They listen to our cabin preferences and find suitable options for us, which isn’t always easy when looking for 2 cabins together to accommodate 5 people. Where possible, they provide with a variety of prices and do so very swiftly.

Cruise & stay trip arranged through Bolsover Cruises

We have just returned from an Alaskan cruise booked through Bolsover Cruise Club and they also arranged a hotel for extra nights, along with airport transfers and flights. Everything worked out PERFECTLY. We could not have asked for more. I usually book my holidays directly, but Bolsover offered a great deal. We would not hesitate to contact them again for future trips.

I have recently returned from a seven-night sailing to the Norwegian Fjords on Iona, which I booked with my Shine Rewards. I have worked for Bolsover for many years and have been lucky enough to sail on most of the ships in the fleet, but not since before the pandemic. 

From the moment we boarded in Southampton, my expectations were exceeded. The ship is beautiful, the choice of dining and entertainment venues are fab and the staff are a credit to P&O Cruises. We dined at nearly all of the speciality restaurants, with the Glass House a favourite. 

I was worried that Iona might feel too big, but we can’t wait to get back onboard. Thank you Shine for letting me experience all that Iona has to offer.

I’ve been in travel since 1986, and while I’ve booked hundreds if not thousands of guests, I have never sailed with P&O Cruises. Even my ship visits have only been on Canberra and Oriana.

I’ve been a member of Shine since it started and have generally saved my points, but have also used them for a Kindle, GHDs and a Hugo Boss watch. I was very excited to see the Holiday with Shine promotion to double the value of your points if used against a cruise, launched last June. This meant I had almost a £1,000 to use.

My husband and I finally decided on a winter fly-cruise to join Azura in March, choosing a balcony cabin. 

Over the course of the week we enjoyed exploring all areas of the ship. The breakfast Danish pastries and buns were amazing.

We took part in the silent disco, watched a movie under the stars, entered quizzes and watched a variety of shows in between chilling out on deck and in the pools.

During the week we visited Madeira, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife and ended the week stargazing up Mount Teide, which was a real highlight.

The trip has made a real difference to me being able to assist customers with questions about P&O Cruises - I can share my own experience now.
