Pela positiva, o acesso à informação e facilidade de navegacao; pela negativa,..o preço muda apos a inserção do meio de pagamento. Nao sei se de forma generalizada mas aconteceu. Anulei a compra e repeti. Primeiro preço novamente abaixo, como inicialmente, apos definicao pagamento, alerta de aumento. Ora, se o preço final é superior nao faz sentido anunciar um inferior.

Estou extremamente revoltada com os serviços da My Trip! Comprei um bilhete de volta para o dia 30 de agosto, conferi tudo direitinho, e agora recebo um e-mail deles alterando a minha volta para o 30 de setembro. Isso é um erro inaceitável e gera um transtorno enorme para os meus planos. Exijo uma correção imediata dessa situação e um serviço ao cliente que realmente ajude os passageiros. Isso é uma falta de respeito!

Foi feito uma reserva dum bilhete Lufthansa e fiz o pagamento. No entanto, ainda não recebi confirmação ou PNR da reserva até ao momento. Supõe-se que quando confirmamos a reserva e efetuamos o pagamento, o bilhete de avião/pnr da reserva fique imediatamente disponível. Assim, sem referência da LH nada está confirmado.

Taxa adicional

Não me parece ser correcto fazer uma reserva e ter de pagar um valor adicional pelo lugar de acento. Não faz sentido. Por outro lado, receber os bilhetes de passagem por e-mail não devia ser alvo de cobrança. Ao fazer reserva, a única opção que selecionei com a adição de valor, forçadamente porque não havia outra opção, foi a indicação dos acentos, 30€ por pessoa, mas o valor final tem um adicional de aproximadamente 40€ por pessoa. O valor a pagar não é devidamente ilustrado. Apercebi-me do excesso por reserva apenas pelo recibo do banco. Portanto, nota-se que o valor de venda dos bilhetes inicialmente ilustrados são praticamente ilusórios o que acaba tirando o interesse da compra.

Fui fazer uma simulação e sem que eu colocasse o código de segurança nem a identificação do passageiro , a compra foi concluída , isso no dia 09/07/24 , no dia 10-07/24 liguei e do o cancelamento , porém até a data de hoje não foi feito o estorno do valor no cartão , minha fatura fecha dia 08 , espero que seja resolvido antes do fechamento , pois espero não precisar acionar advogado , fico no aguardo de um retorno , pedido 1018-060-716

NUNCA COMPREM NA MYTRIP

Pior empresa que já tratei. Comprei uma passagem e tentei cancelar dentro do prazo de 24hrs. Primeiro tentaram me cobrar uma taxa para o cancelamento (o que não é permitido em lei) e depois me falaram que não iriam mais cancelar a minha passagem, mesmo eu estando dentro do prazo. Me falaram que eu estava causando um incoveniete à empresa, não me deram número do protocolo da minha primeira ligação. Tentei cancelar 7x no prazo de 24hrs e não procederam a nenhum cancelamento. Felizmente, tenho tudo registrado no meu celular e certamente ingressarei com uma ação na justiça.

Porque o meu voo foi cancelado do dia…E estou a espera da confirmação da mudança de voo

Porque o meu voo foi cancelado do dia 12 de julho das 18H05 e tinha direito a bagagem. Depois deram outro voo no mesmo dia mas sem bagagem e ninguém disse nada e até hoje ainda não temos a confirmação do voo. Agora compramos as bagagens de porão que não é certo mas a mytrip tem direito fazer o que quer.ISS já vai a um mês e ninguém se interessa quando ligamos para vocês dizem que é outro setor que temos que esperar para confirmação do bilhete.

Fiz uma reserva 1018-081-608 para o RJ. Entretanto a viagem de ida, pela LATAM, foi cancelada pela companhia. A mytrip não faz o reembolso, apesar do prazo apresentado ser de 3 a 5 dias uteis. Já conto 11 dias uteis.
