What if there is bad weather on the day of my tour or i need to reschedule my tour, what is your policy on flying with children.

• Any child under 24 months of age is welcome to ride as a lap child at no charge.
• Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat.
• There is a $45 heliport fee, per person. That does apply to children under 2 years old
• Birth certificates or passports are required for any child under the age of 2 years old.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

• We have a 250lb weight limit, for safety reasons. Passengers are weighed at our facility. Passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
• LATE FEES: If you arrive late, you will be charged a late arrival fee. Passengers who fail to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged a $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers who arrive 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

• ALL TOURS, CHARTERS AND AIRPORT TRANSFERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control. Reservations canceled by New York Helicopter will be issued a voucher that is good for 1 year from the original booking date.

• Any passenger failing to check in and board their flight will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their flight and be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.

Directions for public transportation : Take the NJ Path train to Journal Square in Jersey City or NJ Transit to Newark Penn Station, then take an Uber or Taxi.

If you are driving: We offer free parking on site.

Do you fly over the city or Central Park?

The agreement with City Hall restricts all tour helicopter companies to flying over water. You will see Central Park and get amazing views of the city, but the flight path will remain along the water. All tour companies must adhere to this agreement.

What is your policy on flying with children?

• Any child under 24 months of age is welcome to ride as a lap child at no charge. 
• Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat.
• There is a $45 heliport fee, per person. That does apply to children under 2 years old
• Birth certificates or passports are required for any child under the age of 2 years old.

Are there any additional fees?

• A $45 heliport fee is included in the price of the tour.
• There is a $2.00 locker fee if you need to store items not allowed onboard our aircraft.
• If you arrive late, you will be charged a late arrival fee.
• We have a 250lb weight limit, for safety reasons. Passengers are weighed at our facility. Passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
• LATE FEES: If you arrive late, you will be charged a late arrival fee. Passengers who fail to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged a $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers who arrive 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.

• Directions for public transportation: Take the NJ Path train to Journal Square in Jersey City or NJ Transit to Newark Penn Station, then take an Uber or Taxi.

• New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control. Reservations canceled by New York Helicopter will be issued a voucher that is good for 1 year from the original booking date.
• New York Helicopter Tours requires 48-hours in advance to reschedule a helicopter tour reservation. Tours rescheduled within the 48-hours of a scheduled flight time will be charged a $100.00 per person rescheduling fee. Reservations booked within the 48-hours of scheduled tour time waive their right to a rescheduling accommodation.
• Any passenger failing to check in and board their flight will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their flight and be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
• Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable.

Janet Jackson announces new Las Vegas residency: 'This is going to be a lot of fun'

The superstar's upcoming shows will kick off Dec. 30.

LAS VEGAS -- Janet Jackson is heading to Las Vegas for a new residency.

On Wednesday, the five-time Grammy award-winning superstar announced her new residency, "Janet Jackson: Las Vegas" at Resorts World Las Vegas, which will arrive just in time for the new year.

"We're so excited to announce our new residency at Resorts World Las Vegas launching New Year's week," Jackson wrote in an Instagram post. "This is going to be a lot of fun and I look forward to spending the start of the New Year with you!! We truly can't wait! Sending so much love ❤ -J."

"Janet Jackson: Las Vegas" is the superstar's second residency. In 2019, she kicked off a series of shows for her "Janet Jackson: Metamorphosis" residency at Dolby Live, formerly Park Theater, at Park MGM.

The "All For You" singer's new residency will also follow her 2024 Together Again tour, for which she is currently on the road. The tour concludes in Glasgow in October.

The Together Again tour features Jackson's hit songs including "When I Think of You," "Control," "Nasty," "That's the Way Love Goes," "Together Again," "All For You," "Alright," "Escapade," "Again," "If" and many more.

It's unclear what songs Jackson will perform at her new residency. A press release for the Resorts World residency states that her performances "will bring world-class attitude, starpower, and the experience of a lifetime for fans from around the world."

The new residency kicks off on Monday, Dec. 30, and will include shows on New Year's Eve, followed by eight additional performances set for 2025 including Valentine's Day weekend, according to the press release.

Tickets go on sale on Aug. 28.
