He looks like a nice Catholic altar boy but don't let that fool you. Daniel Tosh has a comedic style that is unmatched. He has a scathingly sarcastic sense of humor and is not afraid to offend for the benefit of the performance. He takes current events and other observations and spins them into a laugh a minute routine that is sure to keep you entertained. He does not rely on props or physical comedy, he simply talks.

He is not afraid of who he offends in his brazen act, touching on hot button topics such as slavery, disability, race and politics. He is confident in his craft and delivers the goods at every performance. If you have ever watched his Comedy Central program "Tosh.0", you will understand what his live show is all about. Daniel Tosh has an arrogant, unapologetic nature about him and it mixes completely well with the type of comedy that he does.

Is he offensive? Absolutely. Is he crude? Absolutely. Is he hilarious? Absolutely. When you watch him perform, leave your own hang ups and inhibitions at the door because they will be challenged, but you will be laughing throughout the whole thing and loving every minute of it.

Tosh visits Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, September 16th

Tickets are $89, $69, and $49 and go on sale Friday, April 29th at 10:00am via ticketmaster.com. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, April 30th, subject to availability.

On Sunday (Aug. 18), Ice Spice posted a few photos and videos on Instagram recapping her ongoing Y2K Tour with Cash Cobain . In the photos, Ice Spice posted a few selfies, performance pics and other content. In two posts, she's seen being handed and then smoking an insanely big joint, puffing away on the doobie without any trouble.

"Bonnet n blunt is a tour lifestyle," SZA commented.

Ice Spice has been fairly open about her smoking habits, and was seen back in April toking away on a joint at Coachella. Spice was spotted out and about on the festival grounds, partying with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. The trio was listening and vibing to Australian DJ Dom Dolla as Spice hit some weed, but didn't appear to offer any to the Swfities leader or her boyfriend.

Back in 2023, Spice also got roasted a bit for casually smoking weed on her Instagram Story. Some of her supporters didn't approve . "This is not attractive at all," one person wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, after the video made the rounds. "I thought she was different," another person wrote, while another added, "Ice Spice lost all her charm."

However, some fans pointed out she was a rapper from The Bronx, and questioned why people thought it odd she was smoking.

2024 CNE food lineup includes pickle oreos, wasabi ice cream

There's also tzatziki cheesecake, a massive donut and a footlong mozzarella stick/hotdog mashup.

What to expect on this year’s CNE menu

Anyone looking to scarf down a host of strange food creations will have lots to drool over at the CNE this year, with options like wasabi ice cream in a charcoal cone, a fried chicken sandwich topped with a Kool-Aid reduction and tzatziki cheesecake all on the menu for 2024.

Other foods unveiled by Canadian National Exhibition organizers Wednesday include:

• A two-pound donut.
• Banh mi tacos.
• Fruity cereal chicken tenders, billed as both "breakfast and lunch."
• Oreos deep fried with pickles.
• A footlong mozzarella stick, served in a hotdog bun.
• Deep fried butter chicken lasagna.
• Avocado coconut ice cream.
• A "crookie" sandwich that's a mix of a cookie and a croissant.

Aside from those gastronomic offerings, CNE officials say extreme sports are taking centre stage this year, running from Aug. 16 to Sept. 2.

Skaterboarders, BMX riders and in-line skaters alike will compete at the EX games, on an over three-and-a-half metre half pipe in front of the Princes' Gates.

That's on top of the water skiing show, dubbed CNE Aquarama, and three-time world champion figure skater Elvis Stojko's aerial ice skating show.

Attention Latto fans: Big Mama is hitting the road this year!

On Wednesday, Aug. 14, the Grammy-nominated rapper, 25, announced her Sugar Honey Iced Tea tour in support of her latest studio album, which arrived on Aug. 9. This marks her first-ever headlining run across North America.

According to a press release, the Live Nation-produced tour will hit 22 cities this fall, starting in Tampa, Fla., on Oct 25 before making stops in Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Toronto, Detroit, Las Vegas and more. The rapper's run of shows will conclude on Dec. 7 in Denver.

Special guests Mariah The Scientist and Karrahbooo will join Latto for her tour run. Tickets for the general public go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, Aug. 16, at BigLatto.com .

Latto's Sugar Honey Iced Tea tour follows the release of her third studio album, an ode to her Georgia roots that features fellow Southern artists like Megan Thee Stallion , Ciara , Coco Jones , Young Nudy, Flo Milli , Teezo Touchdown and more.

The "Big Mama" rapper opened up about what inspired her album's title in her Billboard cover story earlier this summer, saying, "When I met [producers] Pooh [Beatz] and [Go] Grizz[ly] and locked in with them, everything just felt Southern ."

"One day, shortly after we cut 'Put It on Da Floor,' I just walked in the studio like, '"Sugar Honey Iced Tea" is the name of the album,'" she added. "People be trying to be messy and thinking it’s a response to something. I promise you, this is before any of that s---. This is something that just felt Southern to me. Where I’m from, we be like, 'I’m the sugar honey iced tea!'"

Latto's been on a bit of a run this year, kicking things off with her second album single, "Sunday Service," in February. In June, she performed at the 2024 BET Award s and snagged two nominations from the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards this month for her "Seven" collaboration with BTS ' Jung Kook .

Days after her album arrived, on Aug. 13, Latto dropped a bonus track titled " Chicken Grease ," a flip on T.I. 's 2003 hit "24's," which she previewed in her Sugar Honey Iced Tea trailer (which also starred the latter). The track is already a fan favorite that concert-goers hope to hear on Latto's tour this fall.

Ice Spice ignites MGM Fenway as her first headlining tour stops in Boston

It started with an inflatable prop: a ballooning, curly-haired caricature straight out of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, created in the likeness of rap’s newest idol, Ice Spice.

As the set piece mushroomed from flat to full in the corner of the stage at MGM Music Hall at Fenway Sunday night, it was hard not to see an on-the-nose metaphor for the Bronx emcee’s meteoric rise to fame. Born Isis Gaston, she first sparked success in 2022 with her viral hit “Munch (Feelin’ U),” a rapid-rapped tease that paved the way for collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift , PinkPantheress, and even Dunkin’, who crafted a Munchkins-flecked frozen coffee in her honor last year. Since then, Ice Spice has secured a fanbase with her matter-of-fact flow and eye-popping style, although she now faces a familiar crossroads between establishing lasting stardom and faltering to a flash in the pan.

Between the recent release of her debut album “Y2K!” and the launch of her first headlining tour, this summer presents the budding star with a make or break moment. And when she sauntered onstage in Boston wearing a cheeky pleather jumpsuit, stealing all attention from her inflatable twin and damning the towering prop to the background, it was evident that the rapper’s career is far from thin ice.

On her recorded material, Ice Spice’s delivery is typically even-toned, if not outright blasé, with her signature interjection, “grah,” often resembling the closest thing to an exclamation mark in her verses. In person, her bars bounced off the floor-rattling drill beats instead of nonchalantly sitting atop them, animating the boastful nature of songs like “Oh Shhh…” and “Deli.”

As she adopted a princess-style prance across the stage, Ice Spice’s in-person zeal transformed her two-minute bites of mouthy hip-hop into full-bodied wallops of attitude. She delivered “Did It First,” a song about two-timing your man after he did the same to you, with an air of saltiness and sly pride, while the saccharine pop-rap quality of “Barbie World” didn’t sour without Ice Spice’s collaborator and co-doll Minaj .

The set’s centerpiece was the refrain of “Bikini Bottom,” where the rapper proclaimed with newfound conviction, “how can I lose if I’m already chose?”, a fittingly triumphant sentiment for Ice Spice’s first headlining show in Boston. Although, nothing provoked louder cheers than every time she paused to flaunt her rump, gyrating as her orange locks grazed her waist — make of that what you will.

By the end of her 50-minute set, Ice Spice’s presence felt fleshed out, dimensions beyond the “grah”-shouting fledgling rapper who labeled herself the hood’s Princess Diana and demeaned old flings with equal indifference. Even when the 8-bit intro of “Think U The [expletive] (Fart)” — a single that revolves around the crude dig “Think you the [expletive]? You not even the fart.” — the itch to roll any eyes was suddenly absent.

Frankly, if Ice Spice can make that fifth-grade humor even somewhat palatable, she’s capable of anything. Someone get this woman an ice-cold Munchkins drink from Dunkin’.
