• How do I get to Changi Point? You can take bus no. 857 from Tanah Merah MRT station directly to Changi Point Ferry Terminal. Alternatively, a taxi or Grab would be a convenient option. Ample parking is available at the terminal if you choose to drive.
• What should I wear and bring? Wear comfortable walking shoes, light and breathable clothing (ideally long pants due to mosquitos), sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, a water bottle, and your camera. Bring a light rain jacket, umbrella or raincoat just in case there's rain.
• Is the tour suitable for children? Pulau Ubin is a good place for children to explore and learning for nature and to ensure everyone's safety, children under legal age must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
• What happens if it rains? We'll adjust the itinerary slightly to prioritize sheltered experiences like visiting House No. 1 or Teck Seng's place. You can also enjoy local food at Ubin village's eateries. We'll monitor the weather and inform you of any significant changes beforehand.
• Do I need to bring food or drinks? Light snacks and bottled water are recommended to carry. While lunch is not included, we'll stop at Ubin village where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine at your own expense.
• What is the cancellation and refund policy? You can cancel your booking with a full refund up to 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• How long is the ferry ride? The scenic ferry ride from Changi Point to Pulau Ubin takes approximately 15 minutes.
• Will I get seasick? If you're prone to seasickness, it's a good idea to take medication before your trip. You can also try sitting near the front of the boat, where the motion is less noticeable. If you start to feel seasick, drink plenty of fluids and get some fresh air.
• Is there anything to do on the ferry? Enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and watch out for passing ships and boats. Relax on the deck or take in the fresh air.
• What facilities are available at Ubin Jetty? You'll find restrooms, a convenience store, and even some local street food stalls at Ubin Jetty.
• What kind of wildlife can I expect to see? Keep your eyes peeled for mudskippers, mangrove crabs, birds like herons, owl and kingfishers, and interesting plants like mangrove trees and ferns.
• How long will we spend exploring the wetlands? We'll allocate around 45-60 minutes for exploring the Chek Jawa Wetlands via the elevated boardwalk, allowing ample time to soak in the sights and sounds of this unique ecosystem.
• Are there any restrictions on using the boardwalk? Please stay on the designated pathways and avoid touching the plants and animals. Maintain a safe distance from wildlife and keep noise levels to a minimum.
• Is there a place to buy souvenirs near the wetlands? There's a small souvenir shop at the Chek Jawa Wetlands Education Centre where you can find postcards, books, and locally-made crafts.
• What historical stories or legends are associated with the heritage sites? Learn about the history of Pulau Ubin as a fishing and kelong village, the early settlers, and the island's unique traditions. Getting There

By Train/Sentosa Express

Take North-East line or Circle line to HarbourFront Station.

Take Exit E to VivoCity and proceed to level 3 to board the Sentosa Express.

Alight 1 stop later at Waterfront station Head towards the S.E.A. Aquarium.

Follow the signage along the waterfront and you will see the Royal Albatross before the Adventure Cove Waterpark entrance.

Proceed to level 1 of VivoCity and look for directions to the Boardwalk.

Upon exiting the Boardwalk gantry, turn right and walk along the waterfront.

You will reach a viewing platform facing the Crane Dance.

Walk up the steps and head towards a giant screen.

Turn right and cross a small bridge to reach The S.E.A. Aquarium.

Take buses 65, 80, 93, 188, 855, 10, 30, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145 or 166 and alight at VivoCity.

Board bus RWS8 from bus stop 14141 at VivoCity or bus stop 14121 at Merrill Lynch, HarbourFront. Alight at Resorts World Sentosa drop-off point.

Walk toward coach bay and locate escalator up to S.E.A Aquarium (See next pg)

Take the escalator up to level 1 and you will see Malaysian Food Street.

By Car/Taxi

On Sentosa Gateway, keep to left lane and drive down the slope leading to Resorts World Sentosa Car Park.

Filter right and drive into tunnel for "Cars/Taxis".

Follow overhead signage to "B1 East" and park vehicle.

Locate nearest Car Park Map Directory and follow directions to Adventure Cove Waterpark on Level 1.

Cancellations

​ Once tickets are purchased they cannot be cancelled, however, the date can be changed upto 3 days prior to the selected sailing date and they are transferable to another party at any time before checking-in. Once a passenger has checked-in the tickets cannot be transferred.

SHUTTLE BUS Take RWS 8 from the bus stop at Vivo City (level 1) to Resorts World Sentosa at $1.
