• Packup, Take Ghusl (Shower) and prepare in the state of Ihram for the performance of Umrah before departure for Istanbul airport.
• Check-out and departure for Istanbul airport at 11:00am.
• Depart from IST by Turkish Airline TK126 at 02:45pm.
• Arrive at JED at 06:40pm.
• After Completion of Immigration process clear the border control and collect baggage.
• Transfered to 5 Movenpick Hajar Clock Tower in front of Masjid Al-Haram Al-Sharif and check-in, supported by the SIT liaison team.
• Pray Salatul Esha in Masjid Al-Haram Al-Sharif
• You will be led by SIT team to PERFORM UMRAH in the Night at 10:00pm.

• After freshup, you’ll pray Salatul Asr, Maghrib & Esha at Masjid Al-Nabawi.
• Evening walking tour around the Masjid Al-Nabawi after Salatul Esha.
• Pray Salatul Fajr at Masjid Al-Nabawi with personal Ebadah and Dhikr.
• Breakfast at Salaam Restaurant, Floor no. 1.
• Early preparation for Historical Salatul Jumah in Masjid Al-Nabawi.
• Pray Salatul Asr, Maghrib and Esha at Masjid Al-Nabawi.
• Optional evening walking tour to Masjid Quba (the first Masjid built in Islam) after Salatul Esha at Masjid Al-Nabawi.
• Get ready for an exiting half day tour of Madinah Al-Munawwarah (the blessed city of lights) visiting some of the historical sites starting from Masjid Quba (the first Masjid built in Islam) Uhud where the Battle of Uhud was fought, Masjid Qiblatain (The masjid of two Qiblah) and then Saba Masajid (The Battle of the Trench).
• Departure: 08:00am InshaAllah.
• Masjid Quba is most significantly known for being the first mosque in Islamic history. It was constructed in 622 CE, almost a year after the migration to Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Although the foundation of the Quba Mosque was laid by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), it was later completed by his companions, making it the oldest and second-largest mosque to date. It is said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had spent 14 nights at the site of Masjid Quba praying Qasr prayers while waiting for Ali (RA) – who had stayed in Makkah to safeguard Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) life and help him escape. Even though Masjid Quba witnesses an influx of visitors and worshippers every year, the number drastically increases in the holy month of Ramadan. According to an Islamic tradition, performing wudu (ablution) and praying two Rakahs in Masjid Quba is equal to performing one Umrah. The mosque is also a landmark, the site where the first Friday prayer was held.
• Pray Salatul Maghrib and Esha in Masjid Al-Nabawi, It will be your last night in Madinah.
• Breakfast at Movenpick Anwar Al Madinah Hotel.

The special surprise was announced by the Chief Executive Officer of ikhlas.com, Ikhlas Kamarudin during the morning segment of the radio with his younger brother who is also a national track cyclist, Ridwan Sahrom.

Ikhlas said: “When watching Shah's interview after the collision, he really seemed devastated and it was obvious that his dream to bring his parents for umrah is real, he really wanted to bring them. So, I was moved to share ‘rezeki’ with Shah and his parents.

“We are very proud of Shah. What happened happened, it was all Allah’s destiny. Hopefully what happened is not the end, but the beginning of something much better, inshaAllah. Congratulations to the entire family of Shah Firdaus.”

Ridwan said: “Encik Ikhlas, on behalf of Shah and also his family, I would like to thank you very much for the help that Mr. Ikhlas have given to sponsor my mother and father and also Shah (to perform) umrah.”

Shah Firdaus who displayed a high fighting spirit before having to settle for sixth position in the keirin final was disappointed when his dream of bringing home a medal through the men's keirin event at the 2024 Olympic Games was not achieved.

He expressed his double disappointment at the failure to bring home the gold because he had promised to take his mother to perform umrah if he won the keirin event in Paris.

Meanwhile, Shah Firdaus was surprised when informed about the good news by the Chief Marketing Officer of ikhlas.com, Fara Hasan when welcoming him and other national athletes at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1 late this afternoon.

TWO housewives were looking forward to performing their umrah but were left disappointed by a Putrajaya-based travel agent.

Chumerah Sario, 57, and Norwati Jaffar, 58, had made full payment for their pilgrimage and were supposed to fly to Saudi Arabia on Oct 16, 2023.

Each of them paid RM7,990 for the 12-day, 10-night umrah package.

The first payment of RM5,000 was made via an online bank transfer in January 2023, and second payment of RM2,990 in August last year.

“There are 38 other people from all over the country who should be performing the umrah with us on the given date,” Chumerah said when met outside the Johor Consumer Claims Tribunal at Menara Ansar in Johor Baru.

She said despite settling their payments by August, the travel agent did not ask them for their passports to apply for visas to perform the umrah.

“The travel agent only informed us via WhatsApp messages in the group that our departure date had been postponed with no new dates given,” said Chumerah.

Norwati said they were taken in by the purported good online reviews about the company despite the negative news reports about it.

Both also said the company had posted photos of its umrah groups in Mecca and Madinah.

“The company promised that our group would be able to go for our trip most probably after October last year, but no fixed dates were given to us,” added Norwati.

Subsequently, it told those who wanted to cancel their trip to fill out forms to get their refunds.

“But, these were empty promises and we did not get back our money until now,” said Norwati.

Tribunal president Lee Chee Thim ordered the respondent, who did not attend the hearing, to reimburse RM7,990 each to Chumerah and Norwati within two weeks.
