Coach rather cramped but just about…
Coach rather cramped but just about okay for short journey. The canal trip was not good, only went a short way then turned back. No explanation till someone went forward to enquire. Told water level too low Understandable but why weren't we informed before trip might then have decided not to bother but go for a walk along canal instead. This really messed the whole day up. Felt for the driver who seened unaware of situation until we suddenly returned. Felt the canal company should offer some compensation as they knew ahead that water levels were too low.

16 seater minibus
I hired a 16 seater minibus in March 2020 to take my son and friends to a birthday party at a paint-balling venue near croydon. From start to finish, Mayday Travel were a complete delight and very professional to deal with. I have nothing but praise for them. The lady in the office who took my booking was able to answer all my questions. The driver turned up early, with a spotless coach. The driver was very pleasant and was an extremely careful driver. He was early for our pick up, and nothing was too much trouble. He knew the route and nothing was left to chance. I would most highly recomend them and will definitely use them again if I ever need a coach or minibus.

Could have been a better experience.
Love these day trips as it takes all the hasselt away of driving and finding parking. It would have made the trip a better experience if the driver could have gave some basic information about our trip Eg, when we are expected to arrive. A bit of info what to do whilst we are at the destination etc. Having the radio on all the way back to London was irritating. Saying that the driver seemed a very pleasant chap and a really good driver.

Great organisation and attention to detail
I organised a group of older ladies and gentlemen to go on the Wey and Arun canal trip, throughout the booking process Mayday were brilliant ensuring that the canal boat was accessible for members of the group that mobility difficulties and answering my many questions about pick up and drop off details! On the day our driver Paul was fantastic, ensuring everyone was happy and all our needs were met and he did it all with a smile and joke or two! Responsible and Professional Coach Company!

Super reliable and helpful
We got married in June 2023, we had quite a few guests coming from abroad and thus were looking for transportation for them (100+) to go from the ceremony venue to our reception venue, and then back from the reception venue to their hotels. Communication was super smooth and efficient right from the start. What we needed was somewhat unclear at the time of booking: we wanted organise multiple trips (one per hour between ~10pm to 1am) back from the reception venue to wherever our guests would be staying. So we had to make a best guess about where our guests were, on the day the drivers were super nice and flexible and deviated a little bit from the "official" itineraries (as per the quote) depending on where the guests were staying. Also for the trip from the ceremony venue to reception venue, given that the street in front of the ceremony venue was very narrow and thus not suitable for two big coaches, we had to find another pick-up point. Mayday travel were very quick in suggesting a close by pickup point. In the end everything went super smoothly, the coaches were well ahead of time, very friendly and flexible. Our guests were pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was for them to move around London throughout our wedding day!

We assist claimants throughout the claims process, from the outset to the resolution, as well as providing information to claimants about the claims process and the level of cover of their policy.
The main benefit of our claims team working so intimately with our assistance team is that they have access to the same pool of information making claims much easier to assess and speeding up the process as duplicate information isn’t required.
We aim to begin assessment of all claims within five working days of receipt. If you have any questions relating to the status of your claim, or which documents you should include when submitting your claim, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Golden Oldies Annual Summer Day Trip to Southend
Once again Mayday Travel surpassed themselves by sending us a lovely helpful driver. The coach was clean upon arrival, unfortunately, the toilet was not flushing adequately, but the driver tried his best to fix the problem by buying water and manually sorting it out so that the children and elders on board could use the toilet. I would recommend Mayday Travel to other users and I would definitely use the company again.

Usual excellent service

Amazing customer service and amazing personnel!
We used Mayday Travel for airport transfers for our personnel and they were absolutely fantastic through and through! Communication was spot on, kept us updated and was flexible with our ever changing needs. They were also incredibly friendly and great at problem solving when our guests came in with more luggage than expected! Poor planning and lack of attention to detail
We hired transport to take our family to various events for a funeral. An itinerary with verified addresses was provided in advance. However, en route, the driver suddenly changed direction because they had entered the incorrect postcode into their maps app. As a result, we arrived 10 minutes late to the funeral which was upsetting This delay was caused by poor route planning and lack of due diligence.

Really good service provided
Really good service provided. Our driver Leyton was very helpful and patient. He provided assistance to those with mobility issues and he had a pleasant demeanour. Last minute private transfer

Love these day trips as it takes all the hasselt away of driving and finding parking. It would have made the trip a better experience if the driver could have gave some basic information about our trip Eg, when we are expected to arrive. A bit of info what to do whilst we are at the destination etc. Having the radio on all the way back to London was irritating. Saying that the driver seemed a very pleasant chap and a really good driver.

Great organisation and attention to detail
I organised a group of older ladies and gentlemen to go on the Wey and Arun canal trip, throughout the booking process Mayday were brilliant ensuring that the canal boat was accessible for members of the group that mobility difficulties and answering my many questions about pick up and drop off details! On the day our driver Paul was fantastic, ensuring everyone was happy and all our needs were met and he did it all with a smile and joke or two! Highly recommend Mayday coaches for efficient organising and a fun day out!

Great Coach Company to use
Great coach company. Last trip for this year for me was Rochester Christmas on Sunday 4th December. We went in group and all enjoyed our day. Coach clean and comfortable also our driver excellent. Will be booking lots of trips in 2023.

Responsible and Professional Coach Company!
Mayday was very responsive throughout the entire period leading up to and on the day of the coach service, which demonstrated their professionalism and ability to comply to a range of coach vehicle/driving safety measures. In addition, our driver Paul was very professional and friendly - he considered traffic conditions throughout our ride and delivered us to our destinations via the fastest and safest routes possible. Super reliable and helpful
We got married in June 2023, we had quite a few guests coming from abroad and thus were looking for transportation for them (100+) to go from the ceremony venue to our reception venue, and then back from the reception venue to their hotels. Communication was super smooth and efficient right from the start. What we needed was somewhat unclear at the time of booking: we wanted organise multiple trips (one per hour between ~10pm to 1am) back from the reception venue to wherever our guests would be staying. So we had to make a best guess about where our guests were, on the day the drivers were super nice and flexible and deviated a little bit from the "official" itineraries (as per the quote) depending on where the guests were staying. Also for the trip from the ceremony venue to reception venue, given that the street in front of the ceremony venue was very narrow and thus not suitable for two big coaches, we had to find another pick-up point. Mayday travel were very quick in suggesting a close by pickup point. In the end everything went super smoothly, the coaches were well ahead of time, very friendly and flexible. Our guests were pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was for them to move around London throughout our wedding day!
