Voyagers Bible Church is an exciting and welcoming place to worship Jesus in a multi-generational setting! The Word is at the center of what we do and there are many ways to get plugged in!

Voyagers Bible Church is the best place for you and your family. The pastors have a heart for the people that attend there and they love building and growing relationships. Chris and Clarke are leading a generation of believers to be more like Christ. The Voyagers staff is consistently looking for new ways to innovate and grow ministry opportunities. If you're looking for a church who will take you in where you are at and come along side you, here it is.

My husband and I have been attending this church for almost 35 years and have had nothing but positive things to say about the worship, teaching, programs and people that attend. It is a bible believing church that teaches the truth of God's word and develops its people to serve God, our community & the world. So many great friendships have been made by myself and my family that have lasted the entire 35 years. If you want a place to call your church home, and feel connected to God's family of believers, Voyagers is it! Come experience our "True Family;" we would love to welcome you!

We'd love to welcome you into this "true family"! There is something for everyone- our kids never want to miss children's ministry, the junior high and high school groups are , young adults, MOPS, women's bible study and vintage fellowship. Our church covers all age groups and has a high emphasis on discipling/mentoring. This group of believers has become our family and we'd love for you to join us! Worship services on Sundays: 9:00 and 10:45.

Voyagers has been our home church for 29 years! It has become our family's other family. We have the utmost respect for our leadership at every level. If you are looking for community, and a place where people have grace for one another because they know a God who gets that life is hard and mistakes are easy, then you should check out Voyagers!

Voyagers is a vibrant and faithful group of people that seek to be a "True Family". In whatever stage you or your family are in, Voyagers and their Pastoral Staff want to know you, invest in you, and encourage a relationship with God. I have been attending this church since 2006, and this family has consistently blessed me and walked with me through major life stages and changes. I know you will be seen and welcomed like an old friend when you drive into the parking lot.

Very friendly congregation. We felt welcomed right from the parking lot. Good elementary age kids programming.

All people and Pastor are very lovely. I felt like in family and they showed and transmitted us that Jesus is alive. Thanks God, I found a church where Jesus is the center. God is good!!!

If you are looking for a family oriented church in a beautiful location with a variety of programs for all age levels. The pastoral staff at this church are very humble and caring people. There is not such thing as a perfect church, but this is a great church. The teaching is very insightful and intellectual. The youth ministry is excellent. Come and check out Voyagers in Irvine.

Voyagers Bible Church unveils new sanctuary in Irvine

On Sunday, the nondenominational Christian church in Irvine unveiled an 18,000-square-foot building. A full house of attendees, many with arms raised, stood from gleaming wooden pews to sing songs during morning worship.

Thanks to the acoustics, their voices mixed.

“It’s a glorious facility,” said associate pastor Rich Kredel. “And it certainly allows us to grow.”

The church, actually, has been growing all along.

Voyagers spun off from Mariners Church in 1978. During its first year, the seedling congregation met at Deerfield School with about 50 people.

In 1984, the church purchased a 3.5-acre parcel of Irvine Company land between Jeffrey Road and Sand Canyon Avenue. Two years later, Voyagers opened a two-story multipurpose room for services and special events.

But the church, which today serves about 1,150 regulars, outgrew the walls and launched a fund-raising campaign in 2002 to help prop up the new sanctuary.

Construction took 16 months and cost about $7.3 million, said Kredel.

Though the doors have already been unlocked for weekend services, weddings and funerals, an interactive “construction site” Webcam still broadcasts at www.voyagers.org .
