Could use improvement

The site was quite concerning when reserving the flight for the following reasons: 1. It may be for our case but we had a different passenger to be booked. Since they didn't have a card, we had to use someone else's so the site recorded the latter's name as the passenger 2. A primary email was sent that seemed like they confirmed the registration only for more emails to show that we still had to reply for confirmation 3. Just then the invoice would be sent and I thought that the time was too short to confirm our flight It's not all bad though. Prices are reasonable as advertised. The site was also not too cluttered and disorganized for not frequent flyers. Lastly, the agent that assisted me with our concern was super helpful. She was attentive and prompt in coordinating the solution for our little mishap.

An great experienced finding a cheaper air tickets.

Claire a sales tickets specialist helped us find a cheaper tickets from the Philippines back to the US. She was beyond my expectations. She was very friendly, helpful and respectful.
