Here Is Guns N’ Roses Setlist For Their 2023 World Tour

Guns N’ Roses have a big year ahead of them. They’re getting ready to hit the road , as well as headline Power Trip Festival and Glastonbury Festival .

The run began in Tel Aviv, Israel on June 5. It will continue through October, ending in Vancouver. The setlist, so far, is full of hits from their 1987 classic Appetite For Destruction like “Welcome to the Jungle” and “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” as well as from their 1991 album Use Your Illusion II , such as “Civil War” and “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door.”

Guns N' Roses Phoenix setlist: Every song they played, from 'Patience' to 'Paradise City'

Guns N’ Roses welcomed concertgoers to a different jungle than originally scheduled on Wednesday, Oct. 11, having moved their gig to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre so the Arizona Diamondbacks could use Chase Field to sweep the Dodgers in the National League Division Series .

The set went heavy on selections from the early albums that continue to define their place in music history.

There were eight songs from "Appetite for Destruction," the multi-platinum calling card that felt as much like a rejection of the status quo in 1987 as the Sex Pistols' "Never Mind the Bollocks" a decade earlier.

And they dusted off a total of 11 songs from the “Use Your Illusion” albums, twin releases dropped in 1991, including their renditions of Bob Dylan’s “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” and Wings’ “Live and Let Die.”

Those weren’t the only covers in their 31-song set. They also did UK Subs’ “Down on the Farm,” the Stooges’ “T.V. Eye” and Jimmy Webb’s Glen Campbell hit “Wichita Lineman.”

Guns N’ Roses kicked off their 2023 world tour in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates on Thursday (June 1st), performing a few songs for the first time in 30 or more years.

Among the rarities in the 32-song set were the Use Your Illusion I track “Bad Obsessions” (first time since 1993), the Use Your Illusion II cut “Pretty Tied Up” (first time since 1992), and the Appetite for Destruction song “Anything Goes” (first time since 1988). The show also marked the live debut of a cover of The Stooges’ “T.V. Eye,” sung by bassist Duff McKagan.

All told, the band played nine songs from Appetite for Destruction , including classics like “Welcome to the Jungle,” “Paradise City” and “Sweet Child O’ Mine.”

Additional covers included a rendition of the UK Subs tune “Down on the Farm” (first time since 2006), as well as Velvet Revolver’s “Slither,” and others.  The band also played its most recent singles “Hard Skool” and “Absurd.”

Guns N’ Roses recently announced the support acts for their 2023 North American leg , including Alice in Chains, The Pretenders, Carrie Underwood, Dirty Honey, and The Warning. That outing kicks off August 5th in Moncton, New Brunswick, and runs through an October 16th show in Vancouver, British Columbia. Tickets for the band’s upcoming shows are available here .

Guns N' Roses Announce 2023 World Tour Dates

Rock legends Guns N' Roses have revealed headlining dates scheduled to launch this summer. The world tour dates will kick off June 5 in Tel Aviv, Israel at Park Hayarkon and continue across Europe, wrapping on July 22 in Athens, Greece. The North American leg starts on August 5 in Moncton, NB at Medavie Blue Cross Stadium, running through October 16 in Vancouver, BC at BC Place.

The new dates mark the band's first time touring North America since their We’re F’N Back! Tour in 2021. GNR's last documented performance took place on December 10, 2022 at Eden Park in Auckland, New Zealand. Check out the setlist here .

General on-sale for all dates will start February 24 at 10 AM local time.
