Maroon 5 Announce Rescheduled Summer 2021 Tour Dates

Maroon 5 have rescheduled their previously postponed 2020 tour dates for next summer.

The trek, which was supposed to kick off in May, was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will now launch July 15th, 2021 at the Island Credit Union Amphitheater in Chula Vista, California. The 41-date run will wrap several months later, October 2nd, at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. Leon Bridges and Meghan Trainor were set to open for Maroon 5 on their tour this year, though it’s unclear at the moment if they’re still scheduled to provide support next year.

While pretty much all of Maroon 5’s 2020 dates were rescheduled, the band did have to cancel gigs in Hartford, Connecticut and Flushing, New York. In place of the Flushing gig, the group has added a new show at Madison Square Garden in New York City for September 10th, 2021. Tickets for that show will go on sale July 24th at 10 a.m. local time; those with tickets to the original Flushing concert, per a press release, will receive an e-mail “with an opportunity for a pre-sale for the MSG show, or a refund.” Tickets for all the rescheduled 2020 shows will be honored at the new dates. A limited number of LaneOne Premium Packages will also be available for the new gigs.

Maroon 5 was one of countless artists who were forced to cancel their 2020 tour dates as the coronavirus continues to spread. However, the group announced on Monday (July 13) their official 2021 dates.

Tickets and LaneOne Premium Packages purchased for the band’s 2020 tour will be honored for the new dates.

Maroon 5 to Reschedule 2020 North American Summer Tour

A new show at NYC’s Madison Square Garden has also been added for September 10, 2021. Unfortunately, the band’s concerts in Hartford, CT at XFINITY Theater, as well as Flushing, NY at CITI Field will be cancelled. Ticket holders for Flushing will receive an email with an opportunity for a pre-sale for the MSG show, or a refund.

Tickets for the MSG show will go on sale Friday (July 24) at 10 a.m.

Maroon 5 Announces 2021 Tour Updates

Maroon 5 has announced the updated routing for their 2021 North American tour. Tickets purchased for the band's 2020 tour will be honored at the newly rescheduled dates.

In addition to the newly rescheduled tour dates, the band has announced a NEW show at New York's famed Madison Square Garden on September 10, 2021.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public starting Friday, July 24th but S.I.N. Fan Club members are eligible to purchase tickets with their unique presale code beginning on Tuesday, July 21st. Legacy members access will begin at 10:00AM ET and Junior members at 12:00PM ET.

A limited number of LaneOne Premium Packages will be available, including amazing seats, transportation, preferred entrance, lounge access, commemorative laminate and more. Check HERE for LaneOne details.

Maroon 5 have announced their rescheduled 2021 tour dates. The trek, which was originally slated to start in May, is now pushed to next summer due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The newly announced 41 show run kicks off on July 15, 2021, at the Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, CA and wraps up on October 2 at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, CA.

Maroon 5 2021 Rescheduled Tour Dates

Maroon 5 ’s US tour of has become the latest casualty of the COVID-19 crisis. The band’s 2020 Tour will be pushed to the summer of 2021.

During the 41-date tour, the LA-based band were set to play iconic venues including Chicago’s Wrigley Field, Boston’s Fenway Park, Citi Field in New York and Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The Live Nation-produced summer tour was due to kick off on 30 May at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, California, and keep the group on the road through a 17 September gig in Tampa, Florida.

In a statement on Twitter, the band said: “We must announce that we will regretfully be rescheduling our upcoming 2020 tour. All dates currently scheduled between May 30th and September 17th, 2020 are being rescheduled for the summer of 2021. We look forward to having the opportunity to be back out on the road next year.”

Is Maroon 5 rescheduling their 2020 tour?

While pretty much all of Maroon 5’s 2020 dates were rescheduled, the band did have to cancel gigs in Hartford, Connecticut and Flushing, New York. In place of the Flushing gig, the group has added a new show at Madison Square Garden in New York City for September 10th, 2021. Tickets for that show will go on sale July 24th at 10 a.m. local time; those with tickets to the original Flushing concert, per a press release, will receive an e-mail “with an opportunity for a pre-sale for the MSG show, or a refund.”

Who are the opening acts for the Maroon 5 Tour?

Leon Bridges  and  Meghan Trainor  will serve as opening acts for the 2020 tour, with tickets on sale to the public on December 13th.

I can’t make the new tour date – can I get a refund for my tickets?

All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. Two gigs were cancelled – Hartford Connecticut and Flushing NY. All previous ticketholders will receive an email from their ticket provider with event updates and options if they cannot make the 2021 date.

Maroon 5 is an American pop band. Their lead singer, Adam Levine, is very popular and has been named the Sexiest Man Alive. He is also a judge on The Voice, an american television show.

Maroon 5’s latest album is called Red Pill Blues, which contains the singles “What Lovers Do”, and “Cold” which features Future.

Some of their other popular singles include “Moves Like Jagger”, “Harder to Breathe”, and “One More Night”.

The band performed at the 2019 Super Bowl and received heavy criticism for being announced as performers amidst various NFL controversies. Travis Scott and Big Boi also joined them on stage at the Super Bowl.

In 2021, Maroon 5 released their 7th studio album, Jordi. It featured the singles Memories, Lost, and Beautiful Mistakes. The group did some limited tour dates in 2021 around the COVID-19 pandemic. The group announced a ton of new dates in 2022 as well.

In September of 2022, allegations were released against Adam Levine, lead singer of the band. They claimed that Adam cheated on his pregnant wife and was messaging several models on Instagram during the time. Adam noted “moments of weakness” but stopped short of fully admitting the allegations. Maroon 5 announced a new Las Vegas residency show the next week.

Maroon 5 embarked on their previously-postponed headlining tour this past Tuesday night (August 10). The Grammy-winning rockers rolled out a 21-song setlist at the White River Amphitheater, opening with their 2011 hit "Moves Like Jagger."

Their most-performed song to date, "This Love" got played early on, right before uplifting Gym Class Heroes collab "Stereo Hearts."

Fans noted that several songs got extended outros, and that began four songs in, with Overexposed 's "One More Night."

Maroon 5 performed remixed versions of "Wait" and "Cold" and "Payphone" was played acoustically, mid-set. Despite having just released their 7th studio album, JORDI, in June, the band only included two songs - the singles, "Beautiful Mistakes" and "Lost" - in the setlist.
