at home that the group that Lisa is the administrator of, was doxing, harassing, and allowing posts with my pictures on them. Not only without my consent, but unbeknownst to me. Apparently she has my wife's account blocked from this group, so she could not see or report it herself. While at the resort we were made aware from the hotel manager that there were reports of people trying to video record us, again without our knowledge, and consent. The images were uploaded to the group Lisa is the administrator on, and plenty of crude comments that were also allowed. We have all the screenshots to show our attorneys, even if the items she has since deleted. They were telling people to record us, and even said they would do property damage to a small speaker we have, by kicking it in the pool. Does this sound like an awesome vacation to you? If so I have to recommend Lisa Siubis, and Liberty Lisa because that's what we got for our 12 day vacation. Making it through Hurricane Beryl was less of a task, than attempting to make it to dinner without being recorded, and posted to her Ochi Beach Facebook page! We have relatives that are going in the not too distant future, and now they are considering not going, because they're are worried about backlash from the people in this group.

I booked it all online by myself for $1,500. In other words Liberty Travel is useless.

Overall we have been very happy and are excited to leave for our trip, so long as everything is booked correctly when we get there we will for sure be booking our next trip through liberty!

However, after reconsidering the resort, we reached out to the agent to explain some things we were looking to do (surf fish, leave resort to be able to walk to activities). I sent an email asking about surf fishing and the agent replied: "I am sorry but I am not aware of any all inclusive resort that will allow fishing on the beach. There is no place to clean the fish, keep the fish cold, send the fish back to the US. If your heart is set on fishing on the beach, I think that you should look at a Homeaway or VRBO type of set up. This way you can have your own house on the beach. If you want safe, that is Aruba. It is the only place that you can walk off the resort or rent a car and explore safely." "If I had known that fishing on the beach was a priority, I would have shared this with you at our appointment. Thank you so much for meeting with me. I do hope you find a great home on the beach in Aruba." There were several unprofessional remarks in her reply. (Who wants to keep fish and send it back to the US to eat???!!!) Apparently Liberty Travel doesn't want our money in ANY way. She could have worked with us to explore other possibilities besides DR. I guess our group will drop thousands of dollars somewhere esle....Liberty Travel obviously doesn't need our business.

to us at the Resort called Planet Hollywood in costa Rica's regardless that we did not stay at the resort. Liberty travel was blaming the Resort not wanting to give us money back . The Resort was saying Liberty was not wanting to reimburse us. So needless to say we did not get any of the 2,763.90 we shelled out to liberty travel for the resort. America Airlines did reimburse us the flights thank god for that. This was no fault of ours just the airlines not being able to get us there in August of 2022. Family and friends did not use this agency and made it there with no problem. So needless to say i WILLLL Never!!!!! Use this Travel Agency again!!! The game they played along with the Resort of whose to blame for us not receiving any money or accommodating us to be allowed to travel on other dates using the money was also not accommodable!! NOt to mention ruining my Husbands 50th!!!

Express. We called Jenn at 4:30 and told her how awful it was and to get us out of there. Within 30 minutes we were on our way to Excellence Punta Cana - Jenn jumped it and worked everything out. We have booked trips through Jenn before and once again she was outstanding to work with and really came through for us!

all kinds of excuses about coupons, it's too late, late booking. these excuses didn't make any sense. please do yourself a favor and use another travel agency!

to find a new travel agent that will do their job without me having to pay $150

new dates I'd be going to share my brother's day. Well somehow the ride from the airport was updated (thankfully) but they never updated the dates for the rooms. I'm in this hotel lobby with two little kids trying to get a room because Donna at Liberty Travel did not update my hotel room dates. I should have caught this when I printed out the final itinerary but it was correct at one point. We trust them to handle our travel and if they can't do their job, why use them?

and still no refund. They barely even respond. Terrible way to do business. I would never book with them again. I would give a zero rating if it was possible.
