The bike is a bit heavy for a $2000+ single speed. The fork weighs a bit more than normal but worth it. With the ergon grips, computer, bell, XTR spd pedals and a bit of dirt, the bike weighs in around 24 pounds. (my full suspension 69er is 26.5 pounds). Using this bike has made a better stronger rider.
