I have never used this company, but I was just on the highway with one of their busses. It was driving over 80mph, swerving in sense out of all 3 lanes, the left lane busses and trucks aren't allowed to bed in at all, tailing cars in front of it when it couldn't pass and was just driving recklessly. I would never use this company after seeing ones of their vehicles on the road.

Overall, I enjoyed spending time with my friends on the bus trip I took in October to Altoona, PA. I was disappointed that the Museum tour, that we paid to get into as part of the trip, was cut short. It was a well done exhibit of 3 floors of self-guided tour of the history of the railroad, and it was cut short by about a half hour. There were several of us who wanted to see the round house museum and didn't get to walk over to it. I understand if people want to get on the bus and didn't want to see that part of it, but that should not determine what the whole group wanted to do. Let them have a seat on the bus. It is the first time in my life I was in Altoona and I don't plan on taking another trip there. We could have skipped the wine tasting all together if that would have given us our allotted time at the museum. There seemed to be too much crammed in the trip, and the end of it felt rushed. We ended up getting to the wine shop early and the owner was not ready for us, as he had help lined up for the time slot the bus was supposed to be there.

Dee was excellent. She was our driver. I wish the DVR machine work better. It shut off when we hit bumps. And Wi-Fi was not good had to use data Thank you for a great trip. Our trip directed did a great job

Our senior group took a tour from Sterling, Virginia to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Dee was your driver. She was excellent. Very patient, cautious driver. I would definitely like to go with her again!

We referred a group to use innovative coach and their experience was absolutely terrific! They were a professional, vehicle was immaculate, the price was right and the driver was very friendly. This is a top notch operation from start to finish.

Our school has used Innovative Coach for three years to take our 8th grade class trip to Washington, D.C.. The buses are not only beautiful, clean, and comfortable but they are also equipped with wi-fi which is always a big hit with everyone. The driver was very courteous and helpful. We only use motor coaches for long trips but I would gladly recommend Innovative!

Bus ride was fine. Driver and staff very friendly. Coffee and Danish was a nice add. 2 complaints. 1. Wifi did not work. 2. Every time the bus hit a bump in the road the overhead speakers went out. Tried to watch 2 movies with volume only half the time. If you advertise you are going to offer something it should be in working order.
