How To Find Cheapest Ariana Grande Sweetener World Tour Ticket Prices + Face Price Options

July 11, 2019

Long sold out on the primary market, fans wanting to see Ariana Grande on tour this summer will find their best options on the secondary market – and even then, all the summer shows have a secondary market get-in price of more than $100.

But the singer recently announced that she’ll do a second North American leg beginning November 9 at Uniondale, New York to meet demand. Tickets for those shows went on sale to the public on Ticketmaster on Monday, July 1.

The second leg of the tour will cross the U.S., and though there will be multiple dates in some regions, Grande won’t play the same venue twice. The tour ends on December 21 at The Forum in Inglewood, California.

TicketIQ also has a Low Price Guarantee on Ariana Grande tickets for every stop on her "Sweetener World Tour", in addition to Low Price Guarantees on all concert tickets , which means that if you find a secondary market ticket for less on a site like Stubhub or Seatgeek, we’ll give you 200% of the difference in ticket credit. TicketIQ customers save an average of 5%-20% compared to Stubhub and Seatgeek.

Whether you’re buying during presale or when tickets go on sale to the general public, there are lots of VIP Packages  available. Fans who want to splurge can consider the “Meet & Greet Package,” which includes a chance to meet and take a photo with the singer, as well as enjoy a pre-show lounge, attend the “Soundcheck Party” hosted by Grande ’s dancers, get early entry into the venue, have access to a cash bar, and more. There is also a “Soundcheck Package,” which includes everything the “Meet & Greet Package” does, except the chance to meet the singer.

If you want to buy tickets right away, the majority of the fall shows have a get-in price of $80 or more on the secondary market, including three shows with cheap seats of more than $100 – $119 on November 25 in Orlando, $107 on December 9 in Dallas, and $105 on December 17 in San Francisco. There are three shows with get-in prices in the $60s -- $66 in Lexington, Kentucky on November 17, $65 in Miami on November 27 , and $66 in Nashville on December 5.

Below is a look at some of the higher-interest fall shows with secondary market get-in prices of $99 or more:

November 25 at Amway Center, Orlando, Florida, tickets start at $119 🎟️

December 9 at American Airlines Center, Dallas, Texas, tickets start at $107 🎟️

December 17 at Chase Center, San Francisco, California, tickets start at $105 🎟️

December 21 at The Forum, Inglewood, California, tickets start at $99 🎟️

TicketIQ is committed to the cheapest tickets possible, and we make much less on sold out tickets compared to other major marketplaces like StubHub and Vivid. That means ticket buyers save from up to 25% on TicketIQ on sports, music and theater. We're able to do this because we also work with teams, venues, and other ticket owners, to help them sell tickets at face price, directly to consumers like you, through Ticketmaster, Seatgeek and other primary ticketing platforms. You can read our new Summer Music Buying Guide that we think is the most objective advice on where to find the best deals on summer concert tickets, whether they're 'sold out' on TicketIQ or 'unsold' on the primary ticket market.

According to Wikipedia critical reception has been strong

Brittany Spanos from Rolling Stone gave the opening night at Albany a positive review, stating that "Grande's new world tour is full of emotional drama, iconic looks, and undeniable hits". Spanos also commented on Grande's looks, stating that "fewer and fewer young stars today have the kind of distinctive aesthetic that can be reproduced en masse by fans, but Grande has dedicated years to perfecting how she has presented herself. In 2019, it seems the world has finally caught up to her. Or, as her frequent collaborator and friend Nicki Minaj predicted on “Side to Side” three years ago: “Ariana run pop." Chris Richards of the Washington Post gave a positive review to Grande's show in Washington D.C, stating that "Ariana Grande reached the height of her fame by making heavy feel light". He praised her vocals stating that "Grande's voice is equal parts breathy and acrobatic, and she knows how to hit a big note like she's whispering it".

Pop singer Ariana Grande is getting ready to headline her second concert tour, which is the singer’s first world tour in support of her 2014 studio album, “My Everything.”  “The Honeymoon Tour” will embark next month with her opening show on February 25 at Independence Events Center in Independence, Missouri.  Ariana Grande tickets for the Honeymoon’s overall tour average have a current average price of $182.44 on the secondary market, which is up 2% since earlier in the month. Her upcoming tour will feature two legs, including 25 shows in North America and 14 in Europe.

On TicketIQ, the most expensive concert for Grande’s North American leg is when the singer travels to New York City for a show at the famed Madison Square Garden on March 21 . Ariana Grande tickets for this New York show have a current average price of $413.37 on the secondary market, a 126.5% premium compared to Grande’s overall North American leg average. The least expensive ticket to get into this show is priced at $81.

The least most expensive show of the Honeymoon Tour in North America is a March 3 performance at the Allstate Arena. Ariana Grande tickets have a current average price of $129.18, 29.1% below the overall tour average. The least expensive ticket to get into this March 3 concert show is $36.

Background [ ]

On May 6, 2018, Grande hinted at a tour for her then-upcoming fourth studio album Sweetener via her official Twitter account. Three months later, she announced that there were plans for a tour, stating that her team were "working on it all now". Grande embarked on a promotional concert tour for Sweetener , the Sweetener Sessions , which began on August 20, 2018, in New York City and ended on September 4, 2018, in London, United Kingdom. Grande announced the title of the tour as the "Sweetener World Tour" on October 24, 2018, announcing its North American dates a day later.

The first leg of the tour had 50 shows across North America and visited 45 cities, beginning on March 18, 2019, in Albany, and concluding on August 4, 2019, at Lollapalooza . On November 5, 2018, tickets were opened to the general public, and Grande announced Normani and Social House as her opening acts. On December 10, 2018, due to popular demand, second shows were added in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Brooklyn, New York City, Washington, D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, and Toronto. On December 14, 2018, Grande announced the European dates for the tour. A special show was being planned in Manchester. The second leg of the tour had 30 shows and visited 19 cities across Europe, beginning on August 17, 2019, in London and concluding on October 16, 2019, in London. On March 5, 2019, Grande announced that Ella Mai would be the opening act for the European leg of the tour.

On January 14, 2019, the shows in Omaha and Raleigh were cancelled due to Grande headlining the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 14 and April 21, 2019, and a new show was added in Las Vegas. On May 28, 2019, the shows in Tampa and Orlando were cancelled and rescheduled due to illness. On June 11, 2019, due to popular demand, additional shows were added in London. On August 9, 2019, the first show in Hamburg and the show in Prague were rescheduled, and the show in Kraków was cancelled.

On June 20, 2019, Grande announced another North American leg of the tour. The third leg of the tour visited 18 cities and had 20 shows across the United States, including the rescheduled Tampa and Orlando shows, beginning on November 9, 2019, in Uniondale and concluding on December 22, 2019, in Inglewood.

Grande announced she would be partnering with nonprofit voter registration group HeadCount to register new voters ahead of the 2020 presidential election in March via Instagram. She encouraged fans to "use your voice and get your 'thank u, next gen' sticker." In July, it was reported that HeadCount registered twice as many voters in partnership with Grande than any other tour over the last three years and that the Sweetener World Tour was the most successful artist tour for voter registration HeadCount has seen since 2008. In December, it was announced that the tour broke the organization's all-time record, with 33,381 voter registrations and actions.

Before Ariana Grande decided to leave the Sweetener World Tour only in North America and Europe, the tour was scheduled to arrive in Latin America in November 2019 after the European leg. The countries that were confirmed were Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina, while Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru were in negotiations to take the artist.

Stage design [ ]

The stage of the Sweetener World Tour is by far Grande's most innovative and unique stage design. The stage is inspired by astrology as the entire concept of the stage is around a giant diorama of the moon hanging from the ceiling. Similarly to the Dangerous Woman Tour (2017), projection was used for the visuals, lighting the entirely of the white stage, creating illusions of water flowing down the stage, for example. The main screen is a rounded rectangle with a half sphere in the middle. The central sphere featured visuals and lighting effects behind it. The catwalk was reimagined as a U-shape with two pits and a central B stage that Grande accesses to perform under the inflatable moon suspended from the ceiling. The stage also features a central lift through which Grande opens the show with a recreation of The Last Supper performing " God Is A Woman ". The lift is also used for the pink " 7 Rings " car. During the song, Grande and her dancers would spraypaint the car, usually writing the name of the current city they are in on it. They would also throw custom-made pink dollar bills, similar to the "greedy dollars" from the Dangerous Woman Tour into the crowd.

VIP lounge [ ]

During most of the first and second legs of the Sweetener World Tour, VIP attendees had access to a lounge before a meet & greet with Grande. There was a bar with signature Sweetener mocktails and cocktails.

Live album [ ]

A live album documenting the first and second legs of the tour entitled k bye for now (swt live) was released on December 23, 2019. All of its tracks were produced by Grande and Natural. The album reached number 79 on the Billboard 200. On June 12, 2021, CD and vinyl versions of the album were released for Record Store Day.

Ariana Grande Announces 'Sweetener' Tour Dates Following Pete Davidson Split

Ariana Grande

The tour will kick off on March 18!

Ariana Grande is hitting the road!

Just weeks after her split from fiance Pete Davidson , the 25-year-old "God Is a Woman" singer has announced her upcoming Sweetener World Tour . The tour is in support of her album, Sweetener , which debuted in August.

The just-announced first leg of the tour will kick off in Albany, New York, on March 18 and conclude at Madison Square Garden in New York City, three months later on June 18. Hitting more than 40 cities in the United States and Canada, the North American dates will be followed by a yet-to-be-released international leg.

Tickets will go on pre-sale for American Express Card Members on Nov. 1 at 10 a.m. and continue through Nov. 3 at 10 p.m. General sale has yet to be announced.

Grande shared the news on Twitter, with the tour's poster and a video featuring all the cities where she'll stop.

The exciting announcement follows a hard few weeks for the singer, who split from Davidson , 24, just over a month after her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller , died of an apparent overdose . Miller and Grande split earlier this year and the "No Tears Left to Cry" singer quickly began her whirlwind romance with Davidson.

Grande got engaged to the Saturday Night Live star in June, before the pair called it quits in October . Since the breakup, Grande has canceled appearances and taken to social media with a post in honor of Miller and another about getting "rid of toxicity."

Earlier this week, Grande told fans in a since-deleted tweet that she was "ready" to go on tour.

"I'm ready. My heart needs it," she wrote in response to a fan. "Actually finalizing a few more things but I'm tryna get em dates to u asap."

A day later, she expanded on that, writing that music "fixes everythin[g]."

On Wednesday and Thursday, she teased fans that the announcement was imminent in a series of tweets.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande ’s long-awaited world tour in support of her Billboard 200-topping fourth album Sweetener has finally been announced.

The Sweetener World Tour announcement arrives at an especially bittersweet time for Grande and Arianators alike, with the untimely death of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller last month and Grande’s recent called-off engagement from Pete Davidson. But even amid heartbreak, Grande declared that she’s emotionally “ready” to tour again, and she proved that Thursday (Oct. 25) with a list of 42 North American dates set for March through June of next year.

It’ll be interesting to witness how a tour that accompanies her most personal album yet — and a year that has put the pop star under microscopic levels of public examination — will play out. Chances are slim that she would slot Sweetener track “Pete Davidson” into her set, or even play much of the devotional songs off the LP.

Ariana Grande Announces 'Sweetener' World Tour: See the Dates

But Grande loves surprises, and frankly, she may even have another album’s worth of music to perform by the time she hits the road. The 25-year-old singer has been sporadically issuing details about another new album on Twitter, which she teases could very well be out before the time the Sweetener Tour begins — thus making it even more difficult to predict what songs she’ll belt out onstage this time around.

Trending on Billboard

In any case, here are the Sweetener cuts and fan favorites that would hopefully make their way on to the Sweetener World Tour set list.

“Raindrops (An Angel Cried)”

The emotional, a cappella intro to the album was the first taste of the Sweetener era. “When you left me, an angel cried,” she sighed a week before “No Tears Left to Cry” dropped. Given that Grande’s had to deal with a lot of personal grief these past few months, the night — like the album — will likely kick off on a bittersweet note.

Ariana Grande Fans Lose It Over Sweetener Tour Announcment: 'My Wig Ain't Ready!'

“God Is a Woman”

After the touching intro, Ariana would rightfully kick off her set with the second Sweetener single. A track about the divine power of womanhood would be a fitting start for the evening.

“R.E.M”

Grande tweeted leading up to the Sweetener Tour announcement that her three favorite tracks from Sweetener right now are “r.e.m., r.e.m., r.e.m.” Balancing out the heavier intro and divalicious opening number, “R.E.M.” would ease Grande and the crowd into the bop-filled evening ahead.

“Everytime”

An easy contender for her next single, the Max Martin-produced bop “Everytime” would keep the ball rolling on Sweetener -era Ari — while affirming that her own passionate romances can be (and have been) complicated.

“Dangerous Woman”

The strutting, bluesy guitar riff would rev up the intensity of the night and allow Grande to start channeling her full-on “Dangerous Woman” mode.

“Problem”

The My Everything single — and Ari’s biggest Hot 100 hit to date — would bump up the intensity levels, and remind us of the pop star’s independence.

Scooter Braun Ariana Grande

Scooter Braun Hints Ariana Grande Has Some 'Very Cool Announcements' Coming

“Side to Side” / “The Light Is Coming” / “Bang Bang”

Our kingdom for a whole reunion medley with Nicki Minaj — which, given that Grande’s tour begins and ends in New York, wouldn’t be wholly out of the question. Regardless, an ode to their run of power-packing collaborations is necessary.

“Into You”

The criminally underrated Dangerous Woman cut. There’s no guarantee that it’ll make the cut for the Sweetener Tour, but an Arianator can dream.

“Break Free”

Between all the EDM-infused dance-pop bops Grande has done solo, this Zedd-produced track will likely make an appearance. “I’m stronger than I’ve been before” is a rallying cry that continues to hold true for Grande in the Sweetener era.

“Be Alright”

“Break Free” would go even better followed up by the house-pop number “Be Alright,” which kicked off her encore in the Sweetener Sessions — and also carries a motivational mantra worth repeating again and again.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande Says Sweetener Tour Dates Are Being Finalized

“Honeymoon Avenue” / “Goodnight n Go”

During her Sweetener Sessions, she sequenced her lovely Imogen Heap cover next to perennial fan favorite “Honeymoon Avenue.” Considering the Sweetener cut is a flat-out tribute to Imogen Heap’s “Goodnight and Go,” the songs pair perfectly — and would segue to the final, most intimate section of the night.

“Better Off” / “Just a Little Bit of Your Heart” / “Best Mistake”

A medley of these piano-led ballads spanning My Everything and Sweetener would put Grande’s goosebump-inducing vocals on full display, and continue the subdued mood of final performances of the night.

“Sweetener”

It wouldn’t be the Sweetener Tour without the self-titled song, after all. And not for nothing, the bouncy beat will make for one hell of a dance party.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande Shares Glimpse Into Upcoming BBC Special & Announces Air Date

“Breathin’”

“Breathin” is the most reflective song — and an instant fan favorite — off Sweetener , which would make it an absolute necessity to round out her main set. On a lighter note, it would be incredible to see a portion of the show dedicated to Piggy Smalls, the “love of her life” and the subject of the “Breathin” music video.

“Get Well Soon”

Sweetener’s disorienting closing track would, naturally, taper off the evening, an acknowledgement of her struggles with anxiety, and a very humanizing way to end off the superstar’s tour — that is, until the encore.

“The Way”

When Grande performed “The Way” on her Dangerous Woman tour, it was a joyous celebration of her then-relationship with Mac Miller. Slotting it in to start the encore would honor and cherish the late rapper in an uplifting way, and judging by her recent heartfelt tributes to Miller, his contribution to the song won’t go unnoticed.

“One Last Time”

“One Last Time” can either be a sad song — a reminder of the goodbyes that are soon to come — or a moment of relief that the night’s not going to end just yet. Besides, she slotted this as the penultimate song of the encore round of her Sweetener Sessions.

Pete Davidson

Pete Davidson Opens Up About Ariana Grande Split at L.A. Event

“No Tears Left to Cry”

It’d be a bit of a shock if Ariana didn’t end her set with the sweeping anthem that kicked off the Sweetener  cycle. The cathartic song rang true as a tribute to the Manchester bombings, but now, amid the events of the past few weeks, it feels a lot more personal than that.
