Living Like Royalty! Take a Full Tour of Kylie Jenner’s Gorgeous $36.5 Million Holmby Hills Mansion

Kensington Palace? Never heard of it! Kylie Jenner loves to show off her house on social media — and it’s not hard to see why.

The longtime Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has a gorgeous mansion in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, that’s worth an estimated $36 million, according to multiple outlets. In addition, she’s started construction on a home in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills, California. She purchased the $15 million piece of land in 2020, per multiple outlets. 

While the Holmby Hills house itself is stunning, it’s really Kylie’s affinity for interior design that takes her residence to the next level. “When it comes to decorating their homes, they spare no expense ,” a source previously told Life & Style of the entire Kardashian-Jenner family.

“Between filming their shows at home to entertaining and hosting parties at home and showing off their spaces on Instagram, they make sure that their homes are picture-perfect at all times,” the insider added, noting that Kylie’s style “has a bit more edge” than the rest of her famous relatives. 

Additionally, the makeup mogul has worked with English interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard and his team, whose services cost “tens of thousands of dollars,” detailed the source. 

Deal of the Day

Furnishing and decorating a house of that size can be a real mission, but even so, Kylie hopes to own more properties in the future . “She wants to continue to expand her portfolio — within California and in other states and countries,” a separate source revealed to Life & Style . “She’s even considering buying a private island and turning it into a retreat so she can relax without being disturbed.”

One of the more impressive aspects of Kylie’s home is her spacious driveway and multi-car garage. Seriously, they can easily fit a fleet of vehicles (which is good, because they do!)

Kylie’s car collection includes a $2.2 million LaFerrari Aperta, a $3 million Bugatti Chiron, as well as assorted Rolls-Royces, a Mercedes G-Wagon, a Ferrari 488 Spider and more. In July 2020, the almost billionaire showed off one of her customized Rolls-Royces featuring a message for her daughter, Stormi Webster , whom she shares with rapper Travis Scott , on the inside paneling. The pair also share son, Aire Webster .

Kylie Jenner gave fans a glimpse of her massive living room, which includes a full bar, a giant TV and a shuffleboard table.

The “Kardashians” star — who resides in a $36.5 million LA mansion — replied to a TikTok user who asked for a “house tour,” and said that while she wasn’t going to do a “full house tour,” she’d share a quick peek.

“I’ll show you what room I’m in, I’m in my bar right now,” Jenner said before turning the selfie camera horizontal and panning to the bar.

The long white marble bar consisted of several liquor bottles neatly lined up against the wall and of course included plenty of her sister Kendall Jenner’s 818 tequila.

“I like it, because it has this pretty light,” Jenner, 25, said while showing an oval translucent light sitting on the counter.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder then panned the camera from the bar into the living room.

“This is my living room,” Jenner said, adding, “This is weird.”

Her living room was lined with a chevron-style wooden floor and had a long white rectangular couch atop a white rug in the center of the room.

The room faced a dark gray fireplace – which Jenner has previously shared videos of – with a plasma TV above. She also showed off a shuffleboard table.

“And my piano which I’m gonna learn how to play,” Jenner said while sitting down at the white piano with a clear top and playing a few keys.

“My daughter [Stormi Webster] plays piano, she has piano lessons every week, and I’m gonna learn I decided this summer I’m gonna learn how to play the piano,” she continued.

The reality TV personality stood up and decided that that was the end of her first home tour and blew a kiss to the camera saying, “that’s it!”

Jenner bought the brand new seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom Holmby Hills property in 2020 for $36.5 million.

The Kylie Swim founder has never been one to shy away from posting photos of herself hanging out in the mega-mansion . She previously showed off her massive walk-in closet, a stunning pool and a 20-car garage.

Kylie Jenner Gave Fans A Sneak Peek Into Her $36 Million Mansion, But Their Response Was Probably Not What She Expected

Err, let's just say it didn't really live up to their expectations.

Over the weekend, Kylie Jenner , as requested, hopped on TikTok to give the people what they wanted — a house tour.

The mansion in question, according to The Dirt , is a $36.5 million home located in Holmby Hills, a very wealthy and exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood situated between Beverly Hills and Bel Air.

Neighbors include the likes of Diddy and the Playboy mansion, and past notable neighbors include Michael Jackson , Barbara Streisand, and Walt Disney. 

Reportedly, the single-story home is a whopping 15,000 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms, and has, not one, but two guest apartments on the property, including a "dedicated guard shack."

It's also equipped with multiple wet bars, a gym, a home movie theater, a pool, and a game room.

Except — to the fans dismay, they barely got to see any of it, except for a peek of her living room/den and one of the wet bars.

In Kylie's defense, she did preface the video, saying, "Ok, I'm not going to do a full house tour..."

Obviously, Kylie’s home is hers to show or not show — but fans just couldn’t help but feel a certain type of way, and the responses were pretty funny.

They did however praise her choice of background music, which is called "In My Room" by Chance Peña.

While the video was short of a full house tour, what we did glean from it was: kylie likes her bar area because of this "pretty light.".

She'll be learning how to play the piano this summer. Stormi already receives lessons.

(You know who else plays the piano? Timothée Chalamet 🙂.)

She forgot what her shuffleboard was called, and paused, before calling it, "um...my game."

Over the weekend, one of Kylie Jenner's 52.8 million followers requested a tour of her $36 million estate – but they received something slightly more pared-back. 

The media personality – and youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling – moved into her mansion in the prestigious Holmby Hills in 2020 – and since then, she has shared occasional snippets of certain rooms on social media. However, she had never offered a 'house tour' until she finally gave in to requests this weekend... well, sort of. 

'I'm not going to do a full house tour, but I'll show you what room I'm in. I'm in my home bar right now, and I like it because it has this pretty light,' Kylie says in the footage (below). We agree that her light is very pretty, and we have found an almost-identical match on 1Dibs here . 

As one of the world's best homes , it is no surprise that the bar area is one of the most impressive we've ever seen – complete with a (surprisingly) gray shiplap wall and chic white marble kitchen countertops . However, despite not offering a full house tour, we were treated to a look around more than just her bar.

Kylie then progressed to the open-plan room that flows from the bar area. Reportedly, the whole home spans only one story – but it is certainly not on the small side. The expansive property comprises 15,000 square feet and includes seven bedrooms and two guest apartments. 

The designer of her Holmby Hills specifically remains unclear, but we'd hazard a guess that Martyn Lawrence Bullard has some impact on her decorating choices. The British-born designer created her Hidden Hills residence, which is notably more colorful than the Holmby Hills property in the 'tour.' 

In her living room , Kylie has used a more neutral decorating palette – complete with a large light gray sofa, a dark wooden table, and patterned white and brown carpet. In this space, Kylie also shows a 'game' she has constructed on her wooden counter before walking to the star of the tour: her white piano.

Her housing empire features houses and apartments on each side of the US coast, and is recently building another mega mansion worth millions near her mum, Kris Jenner.

$36 million dollar LA mansion

Kylie bought this property for a whopping $36.5 million in April 2020, and is referred to as a 'resort compound' due to its four guest houses alongside the main house.

It also has a private guardhouse, professional kitchen, and several at-home bars.

The house sprawls over 19,000 square feet and is of a modernist style.

It has a whopping 14 bathrooms paired with seven bedrooms, and is conveniently located near Hollywood.

The house is understood to be Kylie's main residence, and raises her two children here.

New Hidden Hills build

Jenner bought a five acre plot of land in Hidden Hills in 2020 for a whopping $15 million dollars.

The plot was previously owned by Miley Cyrus, and work has now started on a new house for the makeup mogul.

The 18,000 square foot mansion will have a 12-car garage and her very own security house.

Beverly Hills mansion with Travis Scott

Kylie shares a $13.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott.

They bought this house together in 2018 shortly after the birth of their daughter Stormi.

This house has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

The house is now up for sale for an eye-watering $21.9 million following their split.

New York City rental property

In 2021, it was reported that Kylie was renting a luxury house in New York with boyfriend Travis.

The pad served as their home away from home, and was their base after attending several events in the big apple in 2021.

The  Kardashians  star recently gave fans a tour of her California home on TikTok.

After a commenter noted "what we need is a house tour," Kylie agreed to show followers around her abode—just not the whole house.

"OK, I'm not going to do a full house tour," she replied in a June 9 video, "but I'll show you what room I'm in."

The makeup mogul then provided social media users with a peek inside her bar—which featured light wood paneling on the walls, white countertops and dark wood cabinets. Guests could pull up a seat with one of the stools, watch the television and mix a cocktail from her range of spirits, which included sister  Kendall Jenner 's 818 Tequila. 

"I'm in my bar right now," Kylie said before pointing out one of her lamps, "and I like it because it has this pretty light."

Afterwards, it was time to move on to the adjoining living room. While the space carried over many of the design elements, it also included a massive couch, sparkly chandelier, game table, fireplace and grand piano.

Even though Kylie doesn't play the instrument, she said her 5-year-old daughter  Stormi Webster  does.

"My daughter plays the piano," the 25-year-old—who in addition to Stormi shares 16-month-old son  Aire Webster  with  Travis Scott —said. "She has piano lessons every week. But I'm gonna learn. I decided this summer I'm gonna learn how to play the piano."

This isn't the first time fans have gotten a look inside Kylie's home . She's also posted pictures of her pad on social media in the past, and viewers have gotten peeks inside her residence on her reality shows. Plus, Kylie walked viewers through some of her home during a 2021 episode of  Vogue 's "73 Questions" , where she noted, "I love the energy in this house."

The bedroom also features a pale pink tent, an all-white kitchen set and pink piano for her to play with her cousins True Thompson and Chicago West.

Just like many other sections of her home, Kylie Jenner's bedroom follows a classic palette of white and brown with pink accents. Glossy white marble walls open up the space, and a neon pink sign above her fireplace reads “The kiss was beautiful”. Behind Jenner's fluffy white bed you'll spot paintings that recreate iconic perfume bottles, celebrating her love for beauty. One corner of the bedroom also includes an all-white sitting area with faux-fur couches and armchairs, along with a transparent centre table and windows that give you a peek at her lush backyard. Inside Kylie Jenner’s $80 Million Real Estate Empire

Kylie Jenner may be the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling, but she’s second only to Kim Kardashian when it comes to financial success. The young entrepreneur and founder of Kylie Cosmetics was (controversially) named the youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes in 2019, and while the publication now puts her net worth at $680 million, that’s still nothing to scoff at.

For all the glitz and glamor of her public persona, Kylie is a self-professed homebody who prefers staying in over a night out on the town—especially these days, given that she dedicates much of her time to raising two little ones, daughter Stormi and son Aire. “Stormi has definitely taken over the house with her toys,” Kylie told Architectural Digest in 2019 during a tour of her Hidden Hills residence. In an interview the following year , she admitted that having kids definitely affirmed her homebody tendencies. “After I got pregnant, I spent so much time at home, I love it,” she said. “I love to lie in my bed and watch movies and forget about the world. Sometimes I take some time off, let the nannies take days off, and hang out at home with Stormi.”

Good thing Kylie has her pick of mansions where she and her kids can spend quality time together. The homes she currently owns add up to $80 million, though given the fact that two are custom-builds, her portfolio is likely worth more. Below, we’re sharing a glimpse into each of the reality star’s many residences, all located in sunny Southern California.

Kylie was not yet 18 and just beginning to show signs of entrepreneurial promise when she purchased her first home in Calabasas, a Tuscan-style mansion that she bought for $2.7 million. The impressive pad measured 4,851 square feet and comprised six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Jenner converted one of the bedrooms into an enviable glam room with mirrored walls, custom drawers, and a well-lit vanity. The young reality star worked with star interior designer Jeff Andrews to make the space wholly hers, with dramatic black hardwood flooring and contrastingly bright white walls. The monochromatic theme was carried throughout the home, for instance, in the primary bathroom, which featured a dedicated seating area and walk-in closet. Kylie didn’t hold onto the property long, putting it back on the market for $3.9 million one year later and selling it for $3.2 million in 2017.

A little over a year after she bought her starter home, Kylie dropped $6 million for a Cape Cod–style mansion in Hidden Hills, officially becoming neighbors with mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim (her first home was closer to sisters Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian). The 7,000-square-foot residence featured six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a home theater, wine cellar, four-car garage, and cavernous walk-in closet in the primary suite. The backyard looked out onto the mountains, giving the property extra privacy. The Kylie Cosmetics founder opted to move onto bigger and better things, however, selling the mansion at a slight profit—$6.7 million—in 2018.

A few months after purchasing her first Hidden Hills mansion, Kylie doubled-down on property in the area, snapping up the house next door for $4.5 million. Reports at the time suggested that Jenner bought this second home to serve as an office, with plans to keep the Cape Cod–style pad as her primary residence. Her second Hidden Hills home measured 5,200 square feet and boasted four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with a covered patio, outdoor fireplace and grill surrounding a large pool and spa—an impressive office for the flourishing Kylie Cosmetics brand. She ultimately let go of this second Hidden Hills home just one year later, selling it for $5.3 million.

Kylie invested in a third Hidden Hills property that October, dropping $12 million for another Cape Cod–style mansion—this one a 13,200-square-foot abode situated on 1.4 acres. The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister took a page out of her older sisters’ books and hired designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to help her outfit her “first really grown-up house,” as Bullard called it. “I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling,” Kylie told Architectural Digest of her vision for the space. “Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!” In particular, Kylie wanted to make sure her closets and glam room were customized “even down to the size of each drawer, so they fit [her] specific products and clothes.” The end result was “glamorous but totally inviting,” Bullard said, including a monochromatic, Old/New Hollywood–inspired living room; a gold-leafed ceiling in the dining room; and plush, fur bed covers in the bedrooms. Kylie still owns this home.

The next year, Kylie purchased a 1.37-acre plot of land next to one of her mansions for $5 million. The plan, according to reports , was to convert the vacant lot into a barn for horses or to plant plentiful gardens. Neither of those two visions were ever realized, however, and Kylie sold the plot for $5.5 million one year later.

Instead, Kylie and then partner Travis Scott purchased a $13.5 million Beverly Hills mansion together eight months after the pair welcomed Stormi. The luxurious, modern pad was originally built in 1971 but underwent a complete overhaul in 2016. Situated at the end of a long, gated driveway, the residence boasted six bedrooms and nine bathrooms spread across two floors and 9,680 square feet. In contrast to the monochromatic theme of Kylie’s starter home and the glitzy luxury of her Hidden Hills mansion, this stylish Beverly Hills pad was decorated in warm neutrals, with oak woods and sleek marble cabinetry in the kitchen. (Kylie’s second-floor glam room was dusky rose-hued, so she didn’t abscond color pink completely.) The on-again, off-again pair listed the mansion for $21.9 million in late 2022 and dropped the price by $2 million the following spring. It’s unclear whether the property has been sold.

Palm Springs holds a special place in the family’s heart, as fans of the Kardashian-Jenner clan know. A trust linked to Kylie reportedly shelled out $3.25 million for an undeveloped plot of land in La Quinta’s exclusive Madison Club community. The lot, which measures just under an acre, is situated about a half-mile down the street from a modern 11,000-square-foot residence that Kris bought the previous year. Reports at the time stated that there were plans for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot single-story home; in late 2022, the property was reportedly complete , though public details of the residence are scant.

Kylie sold a 51% stake of Kylie Cosmetics to beauty brand Coty in 2020.

Kylie next dropped $36.5 million for a brand-new compound in Holmby Hills . The modern estate spans 0.83 acres and includes an incredibly unique 15,350-square-foot single-story main house and two separate guest apartments all built of concrete, with entire walls of glass that slide open directly onto a central courtyard with a long and rectangular pool, a spa, a dining area, a firepit, an outdoor theater area, and a spacious sports court for pickleball or basketball. Entertaining amenities abound throughout the home, including a game room with a pool table and full bar; an indoor home theater with stadium seating; and a chef’s kitchen situated next to a family room with a TV-topped fireplace. This remains Kylie’s primary home.

Later that year, Kylie paid $15 million for a vacant 5-acre lot in Hidden Hills, with plans of building a new dwelling. (Fun fact: The property previously belonged to Miley Cyrus , who owned an equestrian estate there between 2015 through 2018.) In early 2023, photos of the parcel revealed that construction was well underway. At the time of purchase, Jenner had reportedly submitted plans to build an 18,000-square-foot main house, a 12-car garage, a guest house, a security base, a pool, and a sports court on the lot. It’s unclear whether or not the final residence will stick strictly to those plans, but if Kylie Jenner’s real estate portfolio is any indication, we feel certain her next pad will be over-the-top.

Kensington Palace? Never heard of it! Kylie Jenner loves to show off her house on social media — and it’s not hard to see why. The longtime Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has a gorgeous mansion in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, that’s worth an estimated $36 million, according to multiple outlets. In addition, she's started construction on a home in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills, California. She purchased the $15 million piece of land in 2020, per multiple outlets. While the Holmby Hills house itself is stunning, it’s really Kylie’s affinity for interior design that takes her residence to the next level. “When it comes to decorating their homes, they spare no expense,” a source previously told Life & Style of the entire Kardashian-Jenner family. “Between filming their shows at home to entertaining and hosting parties at home and showing off their spaces on Instagram, they make sure that their homes are picture-perfect at all times," the insider added, noting that Kylie's style "has a bit more edge" than the rest of her famous relatives. Additionally, the makeup mogul has worked with English interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard and his team, whose services cost “tens of thousands of dollars,” detailed the source. Furnishing and decorating a house of that size can be a real mission, but even so, Kylie hopes to own more properties in the future. “She wants to continue to expand her portfolio — within California and in other states and countries,” a separate source revealed to Life & Style. “She’s even considering buying a private island and turning it into a retreat so she can relax without being disturbed.” One of the more impressive aspects of Kylie’s home is her spacious driveway and multi-car garage. Seriously, they can easily fit a fleet of vehicles (which is good, because they do!) Kylie’s car collection includes a $2.2 million LaFerrari Aperta, a $3 million Bugatti Chiron, as well as assorted Rolls-Royces, a Mercedes G-Wagon, a Ferrari 488 Spider and more. In July 2020, the almost billionaire showed off one of her customized Rolls-Royces featuring a message for her daughter, Stormi Webster, whom she shares with rapper Travis Scott, on the inside paneling. Check out the massive walk-in shower and the cozy soaker tub she probably uses at the end of a long day running her makeup empire.

Kylie's dining room features ombre leather chairs, a golden light fixture, and butterfly wall art.

The pop art placed along the wall above Kylie's staircase offsets nicely with the blank white canvas surrounding it.

Try to ignore the gorgeous roses and instead focus on Kylie's stunning foyer instead. The room is massive and open, and we already know it's big enough to easily fit a 20-foot Christmas tree in the center of it.

We can only imagine the elaborate dinner parties and chef-prepared meals that come out of this kitchen . Between the mirrored backsplash and the hanging light fixture, there's a ton of detail anywhere you look in this room.

Kylie calls this her "game/bar room," and it features things like NSFW wall posters and zebra print barstools.

More wall art makes an appearance in Kylie's home, this time in the living room. Kylie said that zero pieces of furniture from her last home made it into this one, with the exception of comfy throw pillows. Perhaps these ones fashionably draped onto her fuzzy couch made the cut?

Kylie brought the park to her backyard! There's a little paradise for Stormi at her house with this outdoor play set that she (adorably) seems to be a bit afraid of.

Kylie recently purchased a $16 million (US$12 million), 13,200-square-foot residence in Hidden Hills, California. She also owns a further two properties in the same area. She bought those in 2017 for $8 million and $6 million respectively.

Reports indicate that her palatial pad has 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a theatre room, a spa, and a pool with sweeping views across Los Angeles.

Built in 2015, the house features Cape Cod architecture, a famous American style of design from the 17th century.

Behind the Scenes on Kylie Jenner's Home Photo Shoot

In a behind-the-scenes boomerang she posted from her cover shoot for Architectural Digest , Jenner, 21, twirls in her living room while sporting a poofy orange and pink Marc Jacobs dress and pink heels — a color that not only makes its way into her personal style, but also her home decor. "I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!" Jenner told AD of the direction she gave her designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard .

Making of the Cover

Bullard shared a close-up shot of how AD acheived their eye-catching cover image of Kylie standing on a poof in her living room. Bullard explains that he designed custom bronze consoles to flank the fireplace that "resemble the drip design on Kylie's lip kit packaging."

That tattooed arm on the left belongs to photographer Douglas Friedman, who also shared a personal photo with Bullard, stylist Lawren Howell, and Jenner in her purse closet.

Cupcakes for Stomi

In another one of Bullard's #bts shots, Jenner ices cupcakes in the kitchen for her 1-year-old daughter Stormi, whom she shares with boyfriend Travis Scott. "She’s an avid baker and I designed the kitchen so she could enjoy cooking to the max," Bullard writes of his reasoning for adding double islands ("one for cooking and one for eating").

Perfect Image

Bullard shared another image of their crew trying to get the perfect shot. He also notes that he can attest to Jenner's baking skills, adding, "Btw I got to taste a cupcake afterwards and they were delicious !"

Designing the Playroom

Bullard also posted an detail photo from "one of the wilder rooms" in her home, the gameroom, which features a table with candy bowls and books written by her siblings. "She wanted this space to be the adult play zone and includes a bar, pool table, pinball machines and a cozy seating area," Bullard writes.

A Cozy Space

In one corner of the same space, Bullard incorporated "eclectic" art pieces and mid-century furniture like Karl Springer tables, a green Milo Baughman sofa and a pair of Charles Hollis Jones bookshelves "dressed with many of Kylie’s personal items."

Kylie Jenner is the proud new owner of a multimillion-dollar home in the exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood of Holmby Hills. 

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star reportedly paid $36.5 million for the property, which includes seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and 20 parking spaces -- but a source tells ET that one of the biggest selling points for Jenner was the home's "state-of-the-art security system." 

"Kylie has wanted to buy a house in L.A. for a while and finally found the one that works perfectly for her needs," the source says. "Although Kylie has homes and family and friends in Calabasas, she wanted something in L.A. for when she goes out with friends or has business meetings or gigs in L.A. and doesn’t want to go back to Calabasas."

"Also, Kylie is really into real estate and expanding her portfolio and couldn’t pass up this opportunity. Safety is a major concern for Kylie, and this home has an area for dedicated security, state-of-the-art security system and a security gate," the source adds. 

The property has a total of 19,000 square feet, with four guesthouses and a private guardhouse. The main house is 15,350 square feet and has a chef's kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theater, several bars, game rooms, a gym and a championship-level basketball and tennis court.

Jenner's new purchase comes nearly two years after she sold one of her Hidden Hills homes in an off-market deal for $6.7 million in 2018, Variety reports. That same year, Jenner and boyfriend Travis Scott bought a $13.5 million mansion together and shared the cost.
