Where is the boarding point for Bateaux Parisiens? All cruises of Bateaux-Mouches take place at Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. Boarding and arrivals occur at the same location.

Is advance booking necessary? For Commented Cruises, reservation is not mandatory, but due to high demand, it is highly recommended (average waiting time on-site: 1 hour). Opt for our E-tickets for direct access to the boats, eliminating any wait at the ticket counters. For a convenient and hassle-free experience, these electronic tickets are not nominative, providing total flexibility in their use. Additionally, for on-site reservations, please note that a surcharge of €2 per E-ticket applies. E-tickets are valid for any reserved day departure and, in case of unforeseen circumstances, automatically remain valid for 12 months, always on the date and time of your choice. For lunches and dinners, advance booking is mandatory. We recommend a reservation at least 15 days in advance.

When will I receive my E-tickets for the cruise? Upon confirmation of your purchase, your E-tickets are automatically dispatched via email and are ready for use upon receipt.

How long are my Scenic Cruise E-tickets valid? Your E-tickets are automatically valid for a period of 12 months and can be used at the date and time of your convenience. The calendar aims to keep you informed of any closures in the coming weeks.

Are cruises available on public holidays? Absolutely, cruises are available all year round, including bank holidays.

Will I be seated in a bay window? Regarding Commented Cruises, seating is open on the boats. The boats are fully glazed and also have an open upper deck. For lunch/dinner cruises, bay window seats are guaranteed with the formulas:

  • For lunch cruises: Privilege & Premier formulas,
  • For dinner cruises: Privilege & Premier formulas.

Are there stops during the Cruises? All cruises are non-stop with departure and return at Port de la Bourdonnais, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

Are pets allowed on board? For hygiene and safety reasons on board the boats, unfortunately, we are not able to accept pets, except for guide dogs.

What is the recommended dress code for visiting Bateaux Parisiens? No specific attire is required for Commented Cruises. However, for lunches and dinners, decent city attire is appreciated. Please note that sportswear, flip-flops, shorts, and caps are not allowed.

Where can I park when I go to Bateaux Parisiens? The Port de la Bourdonnais has a pay car park reserved primarily for tourism professionals. We recommend that you park in the public car park at the Musée du Quai Branly.

Are Bateaux Parisiens cruises available throughout the year? Bateaux Parisiens are delighted to welcome you throughout the year, except on January 1st for Lunch Cruises and on the second Monday of January when the site closes at 5 pm, regardless of the service. Please note that these hours may be subject to changes in case of exceptional navigation restrictions imposed by the authorities.

Erigé au cours du vaste programme d’aménagement de la ville pour recevoir l’Exposition Universelle de 1900, il vous entraîne à la Belle Epoque avec ses pylônes monumentaux surmontés de bronzes et ses lampadaires en fonte.

Danton, Robespierre et Marie-Antoinette ont séjourné dans ses cachots. Il abrite de nos jours le Palais de Justice de la ville de Paris.

La cathédrale Notre-Dame est le monument phare du cœur historique de la capitale française, située à l’extrémité amont de l’île de la cité. L’édifice est encore plus beau et plus majestueux vu depuis la Seine lors d’une découverte de Paris depuis le fleuve. Chef d’œuvre mondial de l’art gothique, les travaux ont commencé en 1163 avant de se terminer au milieu du XIVe siècle.

A noter que sur le parvis se trouve le Point O à partir duquel toutes les distances routières de France sont calculées.

Cette promenade vous entraînera dans le quartier très typique des “36 corporations” : la rue de la soie, la rue du coton… Visite du Temple de Jade au centre du charmant petit lac de Hoàn Kiêm, dit de l'Épée restituée. Promenade dans le vieux quartier. Dîner dans un restaurant local. Nuit à Hanoï Capitale du Vietnam unifié, Hanoï a conservé le charme désuet de l'époque coloniale. La modernisation de la ville entreprise par les Français à partir de 1882 s'est prolongée jusqu'en 1955 et le visage d'Hanoï n'a pas beaucoup changé depuis. Véritable labyrinthe maritime formé d'une chaîne de montagnes englouties dans le Golfe du Tonkin, décor d'estampe chinoise qui servit de cache aux pirates de la mer de Chine croisant à bord de jonques aux voiles couleur feuille morte, la baie d'Halong ressemble à un gigantesque jardin aquatique. Ce chef-d'œuvre de la nature, parsemé de quelque 1700 pains de sucre qui émergent des eaux émeraude, abrite des villages flottants de pêcheurs qui se refusent à vivre sur la terre ferme, ravitaillés par des marchands se déplaçant à bord de « coquilles de noix ». Croisière sur les eaux émeraude de la baie au milieu des pitons rocheux à travers les paysages toujours différents. Au cours de la croisière, vous visiterez à pied une grotte, située juste à côté d'une belle plage privée où vous pourrez vous baigner. Déjeuner à bord. À la fin de la journée, vous jetterez l'ancre pour la nuit et admirerez le coucher du soleil avant de dîner à bord. Nuit sur la baie d'Halong. JOUR 6 : BAIE D'HALONG - HANOÏ - HUÉ Petit-déjeuner. Pour les lève-tôt, profitez d'un cours de Tai Chi sur le pont supérieur, la meilleure façon de bien commencer sa journée ! Au cours du retour à Halong, petit-déjeuner et brunch à bord pendant que le bateau navigue paisiblement entre les étranges formations calcaires. Débarquement puis route pour Hanoï. Dîner dans un restaurant local. Transfert à la gare de Hanoi et embarquement à bord du train de nuit qui vous conduira jusqu'à Hué. Nuit à bord du train. JOUR 7 : HUÉ Arrivée à Hué. Accueil et transfert en ville pour le petit-déjeuner. Cette grande journée est consacrée à la visite des plus beaux sites de Hué, déclarée patrimoine historique par l'UNESCO depuis 1993. Cette ancienne capitale du Vietnam où la dynastie Nguyên régna de 1802 à 1945, offre aux visiteurs de nombreux sites historiques et culturels encore bien conservés. C'est au cours d'une croisière en sampan sur la rivière des Parfums que vous allez découvrir la pagode de la Dame Céleste, un sanctuaire bouddhique datant du milieu du XVIIème siècle, elle est reconnaissable de loin grâce à sa tour octogonale. Ensuite, visite de la citadelle impériale qui fut inspirée des fortifications de Vauban. Elle est composée de trois parties, la cité capitale (Kinh Thanh), la cité impériale (Hoang Thanh) et la cité interdite (Cam Thanh). Elle fut détruite en grande partie en 1968 lors de la guerre du Vietnam. Déjeuner dans un restaurant local. L'après-midi, visite du tombeau de Tu Duc, somptueux tombeau situé au milieu de frangipaniers et de pins, il fut construit sur les plans établis par l'empereur en personne. Puis visite du tombeau de Khai Dinh qui renferme un bel autel et le portrait du roi. Retour à Hué. Dîner dans un restaurant local. Nuit à Hué JOUR 8 : HUÉ - DANANG - HOI AN Petit-déjeuner. Route pour la visite du tombeau Minh Mang : situé sur la rive gauche de la rivière des Parfums, ce tombeau majestueux représente l'harmonie parfaite entre la nature et l'architecture. Déjeuner dans un restaurant local. Départ pour Hoi An par la fameuse route du Col des Nuages reliant Hué et Danang en longeant la côte. Continuation pour la ville de Hoi An située à une trentaine de kilomètres au sud-est de Danang et construite sur les rives de la rivière Thu Bon. Arrêt dans un village de tailleurs de pierre au pied de la Montagne de Marbres. Continuation pour la ville de Hoi-An, situé à une trentaine de kilomètres au sud-est de Danang. Arrivée à Hoi An et installation à l'hôtel. Dîner dans un restaurant local. Nuit à Hoi An. JOUR 9 : HOI AN Petit-déjeuner. Promenade dans les ruelles pleines de charme de ce petit port classé par l'UNESCO. Au XVIIème siècle Hoi An comptait parmi les ports marchands les plus actifs de toute l'Asie : Chinois, Portugais, Japonais, Indonésiens, puis Français s'y côtoyèrent. Vous pourrez visiter le pont Japonais, une ancienne maison, le temple du génie Quan Cong, le temple Fujian et le marché local. Déjeuner dans un restaurant local. Temps libre puis en fin d'après-midi, promenade en bateau sur la rivière Thu Bon jusqu'au coucher du soleil. Dîner dans un restaurant local. Nuit à Hoi An. Hoi An est surnommé « la Petite Venise » à cause de ses canaux et ses petits ponts d'influences japonaises et chinoises. Jadis, Hoi An était appelée Faifo en français, nom d'usage officiel pendant la période coloniale. Hoi An, comptant plus de 800 bâtiments d'intérêt historique, est inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.
