Opened in 2001, The Ralph, as many know it has been a staple of the Grand Forks community and a centerpiece for the entire region to be proud of. Come see for yourself what the vision and dream of one man has become, let our guide show you our marble floors, leather seats, and state of the art athletic training areas. We welcome all fans to The Ralph Engelstad Arena Home of North Dakota Hockey.

Specific tour routes are established each day based on event and activities in the facility, therefore all areas on the tour are subject to availability. When available tours will include areas such as club rooms, suite level, main level, ice level, Olympic arena, and the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center.

All tours of the Ralph Engelstad Arena begin at the Sioux Shop located inside the main entrance facing east. Please allow 60 to 90 minutes for tours. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear as tours cover a distance of approximately one mile. Daily tours are given Monday-Friday at 1:30pm. At the completion of each tour each paying guest will receive a complementary tour guide including photos, program history, Ralph Engelstad bio, and highlighted past events.

Groups must arrange tour at least 24 hours in advance.

Weekend tours must be scheduled in advance and are subject to events and availability.

Please park in the lot located on the north side of Ralph Engelstad Arena.  Lots located on the south side of the arena are monitored by UND parking and any unauthorized vehicle will be issued a ticket.

What to know before you arrive:

• Tours are wheelchair accessible, and a limited number of complementary wheelchairs are available upon prior request.
• During tours, guests are asked to respect the privacy of our coaches, student-athletes and staff. Photos of coaches, student-athletes and staff are strictly prohibited. Autograph requests are not allowed during facility tours.
• Tours that pass through the Ice Level team areas will require all guests to remove outdoor footwear before entering, please wear socks to walk in these areas.
• While walk-up guests are welcome, we strongly encourage you to reserve your spot on the daily tour at least 24hrs in advance by contacting the Sioux Shop at 701-777-6636.
• Group and special tour arrangements require 48 hour advanced notice.

The tour of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles is only possible as part of a guided tour at a fixed entry time . All castle tours are conducted with limited capacity .

Tours are offered in German and English. Additionally, audio guides in various languages are available. Please kindly note that audio devices are only available in designated "audio-guided" tours due to the limited amount. 

Visiting the museum is not time-bound. You can explore the museum at your own pace. You can purchase tickets for the Museum of the Bavarian Kings at the Ticket Center or directly at the museum.

Please note that tickets for the Royal Castles can only be purchased at the Ticket Center for the same day of your visit. As the number of tickets available daily is limited, they may be sold out in the morning due to high demand.

ROAD DETOUR:

The road Colomanstrasse ST2016 in Hohenschwangau remains completely closed due to road works until further notice. A diversion through Schwangau will be signposted. To avoid dalays, expect a longer journey tome to Hohenschwangau . 

RESTORATIONS:  Restoration work is currently being carried out inside the Neuschwanstein Castle. The entire work is expected to be completed by autumn 2024 . However, the castle can still be visited.

At the Ticket Center Hohenschwangau you can purchase admission tickets - subject to availability - for the Royal Castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau as well as the Museum of the Bavarian Kings exclusively for the same day of your visit . 

A limited amount of additional tickets are sold daily from 8.00 am at the Ticket Center Hohenschwangau, subject to availability . Please expect tickets to be sold out very quickly.  Please check our online ticket shop, which is updated daily, for available tickets.

• On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. Within a period of less than 72 hours you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than that period, it will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
• The Sagrada Familia does not allow individual ticket reservations for more than 9 people, since in these cases it would be considered a group visit. If you make a group purchase with this type of ticket, you will be denied access.
• Around 24 hours beforehand we will send you all the documentation via email. It is not necessary to print it. Check your email within this period and do not wait until the day of the visit without having read all the information to do it correctly.
• IMPORTANT: The ticket issuance time may vary up to 30 minutes with respect to the time selected in the purchase process
• The first hour selected in the reservation process is the entrance to the Sagrada Familia. After that, you can indicate what time you want to visit Park Güell. The final time of the visit of each place will be indicated once you receive the tickets.
• Don’t forget your headphones and fully charged smartphone with internet connection. Don’t forget to follow the instructions in the audio guide document.
• Please check your spam or promotions folder, especially if you use hotmail, outlook or yahoo.

About Our Hohenschwangau & Neuschwanstein Castle Tours & Tickets

The International Ticket & Travel Center was set up by Ruth Schweiger in February 2017.  Ruth has many years’ experience in the Tourist Industry both in Germany and Ireland.

Nice museum, mainly came for the Robbie Williams exhibition. Nice exhibition, friendly staff. Tip: You are a museum in the Netherlands, an audio tour in Dutch (spoken language) would be very nice and actually normal.

We haven’t planned the trip nor booked anything. Rodrigo was super helpful and patient with our many questions. He looked for options, proposed solutions and recommended. You can buy train tickets, ask questions. They are super helpful.

We loved Stockholm, we went to the tourist service point at the central station. Claudia attended to us, she is charming and a great professional. Thanks to their instructions we got to know the entire city with the Hop on Hop off, we enjoyed museums, emblematic buildings and leisure areas. You simply must visit the Rijksmuseum at least once, ideal public transport connection from the central station with tram line 2 or 12 and exit at the museum square. Great collection of the great masters and of course the Night Watch. You can wander around endlessly and you won't be short of eyes, an absolute must.

What a great museum, with Warhol Banksy, etc. With now an exhibition by Robbie Williams, great! So striking how he expresses his life in art. Recommended! Moreover, a beautiful building!

The Rijksmuseum houses an extensive and interesting collection. It was a pity that there was a lot of noise and crowds in many rooms (also due to school visits). At times the whole thing lacked the serenity that a museum deserves. It's good that they offer free lockers and cloakroom.

I had been to the Rijksmuseum for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. I saw many historical paintings, and the stories behind the works of art were also extremely interesting to discover.

Lage des Hotels zum Aufführungsort und zu Wiener Innenstadt sehr praktisch. Hotel selbst sauber, MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Speisenqualität nicht zur beim Silvestermenue sehr gut. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit und Service machen das aber wett.

Childish Gambino is on his way to Brooklyn, N.Y. this weekend , and fans are ready for the best concert weekend of their lives.

Fans can catch Donald Glover in Brooklyn, N.Y. at the Barclays Center on Aug. 26-27 , which means two chances, two nights in a row, to catch the star performer live.

To make this deal even more amazing, is that ticket prices are starting at just $71 , and are probably going to get snatched up quick.

If you want to score these tickets, then here is everything you need to know.

How to get cheap, last-minute Childish Gambino tickets

The cheapest ticket available at the time of publication for Childish Gambino’s Barclays Center show on Aug. 26, before fees, is $75 on Vivid Seats . The most expensive ticket on the market for this show is $6,321.

For the Barclays Center show on Aug. 27, the cheapest ticket available at the time of publication is $71 on Vivid Seats , with the most expensive ticket also being $1,183.

You can also check out other secondary sites, such as StubHub and SeatGeek , to find the cheapest tickets out there. Between the four secondary sites, cheap ticket prices range between $71 and $98.

Childish Gambino’s Tour 2024: Dates, schedule & more

Childish Gambino’s “The New World Tour” began on Aug. 11 in Oklahoma City and will wrap up in the U.S. in Chicago on Oct. 3 .

Fans can expect to hear many hits, such as “IV. Sweatpants,” “V. 3005,” “Feels Like Summer,” that will get them dancing and singing all night long.

Plus, opening for Childish Gambino for the duration of the tour is Willow and Amaarae.

Richard Hammond explains why new special will be ‘the end’ of trio with Clarkson and May as trailer has fan 'wanting to cry'

Prime video has confirmed that the grand tour will be coming to an end.

Richard Hammond has opened up about 'the end' of The Grand Tour as he waves goodbye to his fellow 'musketeers' James May and Jeremy Clarkson.

The 54-year-old, who first joined Clarkson , 64, on Top Gear back in 2002, has lifted the lid on ending his involvement in the long-running motoring series.

Amazon has confirmed that The Grand Tour will be coming to an end, with one final adventure next month.

In the new trailer, Clarkson says to the camera "For the last time, here we go," as the trio head to o Zimbabwe in three cars they’ve always wanted to own, a Lancia Montecarlo, a Ford Capri 3-litre, and a Triumph Stag.

Prime Video called it 'an emotional ending on a strangely familiar island'.

Fans were left in tears after watching the teaser , as one person commented: "I’m actually gonna cry throughout this episode."

A second added: "And so, The 3 Wise Men have reached the end of their journey. Thanks for everything chaps."

While a third penned: "I'll miss them for sure, but I'm grateful for the many, many laughs we've had along the way. Old Top Gear and The Grand Tour will forever be my default comfort show."

Meanwhile, Hammond has revealed the real reason why the three motor heads will be parting ways after the upcoming finale.

In an interview on Heart Radio, he was asked by co-host Zoe Hardman why the show is ending, as Hammond replied: "Because we've been doing it for 136 years. It's going to be later this year, it will be formally announced and we'll come and talk about it."

Fellow co-host Jamie Theakston, who described it as 'the end of an era', also asked Hammond if he would miss it, to which he said: "Yeah absolutely, but we wanted to end it at a time, place and in a manner of our choosing and that's what we've done."

Earlier this year, Clarkson admitted that The Grand Tour is very much staged , unlike his popular Prime series Clarkson's Farm .

“I don't have time to pretend to be someone else. You see, The Grand Tour , Richard Hammond isn't as stupid as he's made out," he said.

"I'm not as bombastic as it's made out, and James May isn't quite as boring as is made out.

"And so you're playing a caricature, you're playing a role, you know, you're there to provoke, you know, be stupid."

The Grand Tour finale will be shown on 13 September 2024 on Prime Video.

Once you are on board the boat, the app will connect and allow you to listen in your selected language as the boat makes its way down the river.
• All tours depart rain or shine. Climate-controlled cabin is available.
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Allow extra time for traffic and parking in summer.
• Cruise guests board 15 minutes before departure time.

All our boats, except Chicago's First Lady & Chicago's Little Lady, are handicap accessible and offer a wheelchair-accessible restroom.

Seating Options

Guests who are unable to climb stairs to the upper deck may sit on the open-air bow deck or the climate-controlled cabin with large windows.

Accessing the Dock Area

For guests unable to use stairs, there are two options: an ADA-compliant ramp to the Riverwalk at Wacker Drive and State Street, or a drop-off area on the same level as our dock at Lower Lower Wacker Drive. View directions .

Assistance can be provided

Staff members will gladly take table-side drink orders for passengers with limited mobility.

How to Buy Accessible Tour Tickets

Tickets for tours on accessible boats can be purchased by selecting the 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. departure times.

Wheelchairs Available for Use

For those requesting use of the company's manual wheelchair, please visit the dockside CFL River Cruise ticket office upon arrival.

Service Animals

We welcome service dogs onboard! The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered while in public places. Emotional support animals, pets and other animals not covered by ADA guidelines are not permitted. Please visit the ADA's FAQ on service animals for further details.

Boarding Ramps Available

When boarding the ship, guests cross two ramps and enter through a opening (doorway) that is 36" wide. Crew members can assist you in guiding the wheelchair across the gangway. Motorized scooters and electric wheelchairs may not board the ship; guests may utilize our manual wheelchair (based upon availability).

Who gives the tours?

All tours are given by CAC-certified  volunteer docents . Docents receive hundreds of hours of training about Chicago’s architecture and its history. They are storytellers and Chicago experts.

Where do we board the CAC River Cruise?

Meet at the Chicago’s First Lady boat dock at least 30 minutes prior to departure. The dock is located at the southeast corner of Michigan Avenue Bridge and Wacker Drive.

Look for the black awning at the stairway entrance (if using a GPS, enter 112 E. Wacker Drive ).

Are refunds or exchanges available for online ticket purchases?

Refunds and exchanges for ticket purchases are not permitted. Please double-check your dates and times before making a ticket purchase.

Is parking available?

The closest parking garage is located at  111 East Wacker Drive . CAC guests and members receive a discount on parking at this garage for up to 4 hours. You can receive a validated parking sticker at the Center box office or the dockside CFL River Cruise box office. The parking garage is open 24/7.

Several other public parking garages are available in the River North and Loop neighborhoods. You can also book convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation's leading parking reservations app.

2025 Inauguration Tickets

The 60th Presidential Inauguration will take place on Monday, January 20, 2025 in Washington, D.C. The ceremony will be held on the west front of the U.S. Capitol. The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) is responsible for planning and carrying out the ceremony. For more general information about the day’s activities and inaugural history, please visit inaugural.senate.gov .  

Each member of Congress will receive a limited allotment of tickets to share with guests. The office of Congressman Hank Johnson will provide tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority going to constituents of Georgia’s 4th District.

Our office will follow up as we approach the inaugural festivities to provide you with updates on ticket distribution, security information, and other details you need to plan your visit. Tickets are not guaranteed, as demand exceeds the number of allocated tickets, but we will do our best to help those attending secure a ticket. Each person attending must make an individual request under their own name. One ticket per request. 

*Please note that tickets are standing room only and solely provide access to the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Swearing-In Ceremonies. This does not include access to any of the inaugural balls or other ancillary events. Tickets to the inaugural balls are provided through the Presidential Inaugural Committee in consultation with the President-Elect. Our office also does not receive seated tickets to the Inaugural Parade following the swearing-in. However, tickets to observe the Inaugural Parade route on-foot are not required.
