Explore the breathtaking Balinese Hindu temples of  Tanah Lot, Ulun Danu Beratan and Taman Ayun , climb up to the mountain lakes of  Bedugul  and see the iconic Jatiluwih rice terraces .

After collecting you from your hotel at  9 am , the tour will head to  Mengwi  to visit Pura Taman Ayun, a beautiful 17th-century temple surrounded by luscious green gardens and an artificial moat.

You'll then head to  Bedugul , a mountain lake resort area almost 5,000 ft (1,500 m) above sea level. Enjoy the stunning scenery of its beautiful crater lakes -  Beratan, Buyan and Tambligan  - and the nearby botanical gardens , the largest in Indonesia.

Pura Ulun Danu Beratan , one of the  most iconic symbols of Bali , will be your next stop. Dedicated to Dewi Danu, the Balinese water goddess, the temple often causes visitors to double-take at the optical illusion that it's  floating on Lake Beratan .

Next, visit the  UNESCO World Heritage Site  recognised rice paddy fields in the village of  Jatiluwih . The awe-inspiring rice terraces follow the rolling hillside slopes, maintained by an irrigation system called subak that has incredibly been used by the Balinese since the 9th century.

Your final stop will be Tanah Lot, an ancient Hindu shrine perched atop a rocky islet off the southeast coast of Bali, and an amazing place to  watch the sunset .

Your full-day trip will finish back at your hotel around  8 pm .

Our day begins to visit one of Bali’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites Taman Ayun Temple. Drive to north of Bali to see beautiful Git-Git Waterfall and its rain forest. The tour will be proceeded to visit the most impressive place to see Ulun Danu Temple which is located by the lake. Our next destination is to visit another Bali’s UNESCO World Heritage Site Jatiluwih Rice Terraces . This just can’t be missed. 1. Taman Ayun Temple

Taman Ayun  is one of the unique Balinese temples featured by water around the main temple. This temple was built by king of Mengwi, named  I Gusti Agung Putu  in  1556 . He built this temple to respect his ancestors. Inside, you will see layer of Merus that make this temple more beautiful. Based on its name, Taman means “ garden ” and Ayun means “ beautiful “, so Taman Ayun Temple means a temple surrounded by beautiful garden and water (Ticket Price: IDR 20.000) .

2. Git-Git Waterfall

Git-Git Waterfall  is a waterfall located right in the countryside of northern part Bali. It has beautiful view and considered as the  2nd highest waterfall in Bali . It takes about 15 minutes walk from parking to reach this waterfall. After seeing the first waterfall, you also can see  the second waterfall  after walking a few minutes more. 3. Ulun Danu Temple

Ulun Danu Temple  is a water temple located on the shores of Lake Beratan in the mountains near  Bedugul . Built in 1663, this temple is dedicated to Goddess of river and lake named  Goddess Danu  or  Dewi Danu . This lake is well known as the lake of Holy mountain due to the fertility of this area that has a cold tropical climate. 4. Jatiluwih Rice Terraces

A UNESCO World Heritage Site that is famous for its landscapes that are both dramatic and truly exotic. 5. Tanah Lot Temple

Tanah Lot Temple  is a temple located on the ocean where  Balinese Hindus  believe this temple is part of Sad Kahyangan temple or one of the six major temples in Bali. Bedugul and Tanah Lot Tour

• Destination: Bedugul , Tanah Lot
• Duration: 10 hours

This tour will give you a different experience and initially will take you to a flat rice field country. The first stop is Taman Ayun, the Royal Temple of Mengwi. This temple complex dates back to 1634 and surrounded by a moat and has multiroofed shrines and intricately carved wooden gate. Our journey continues to Pacung while we enjoy the spectacular surrounding view.

In the mountines the vegetation will change and you will see cabbages, maize, potatoes, chili and carrots being grown. Next stop is The Ulun Danu Temple, the delightful small temple on the lake which was dedicated to Dewi Danu as Goddess of water.

Before having lunch at Pacung, we will get a view from the top to see the beautiful scenery of Twin Lake. Driving down we will visit Jati Luwih’s huge rice terraces with mountains as background.

Last stop is Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most famous temples. This 16th century temple is built on black lava rock 200 metres off shore. Tide permitting, you can walk across the beach to the temple. Best moment to visit Tanah Lot is during sunset.
