IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• No metal cleats allowed on fields or mounds .
• No molded cleats allowed on the mounds.
• No gum or seeds allowed on fields by teams or spectators.
• No pets allowed past the entry gate.
• Concessions on site.
• Handicap assistance available if needed (Please call (248) 669-9817 for golf cart assistance).
• Bring your own chairs and shade. Bleachers are only available on South's full field diamond.
• Batting tunnels available for warm ups next to the parking lot/North Field and next to the South Field.
• Bullpen lanes available next to the North Field.
• Any vehicles found parked in unauthorized areas are subject to towing.
• $5/Day for guests 18 yrs. and older
• $10/Weekend Pass for guests 18 yrs. and older

The Motor City Hit Dogs have been the leaders of youth baseball in the Midwest for over 16 years. We are recognized by USSSA, Perfect Game, Nations & Triple Crown as one of the top 5 programs nationally. We are a high quality youth baseball & softball program emphasizing advanced skills and techniques that are critical for long term success within a competitive environment while emphasizing character, focus, and commitment.

Our 21,000 sq. ft. indoor facility features a full infield, 9 hitting tunnels, 2 pitching lanes, 8 pitching machines, Hit-Trax, Rapsodo (2), Blast Motion, Pro Radar guns and much more. The indoor facility is for Hit Dog players only and can be accessed all year round at no extra cost.

One of the many benefits of playing with our organization is that we play every Sunday. In other words, we are in the championship bracket each week, which increases the number of games played. We see every team's #1 pitcher each game, which gives our athletes a great advantage in their careers. We are constantly challenged.

Our instructors/trainers have all played in the MLB or have played College Baseball in some form. The knowledge the instructors bring is unparalleled and can't be matched.

There simply are not enough words to express how grateful I am for having enrolled my son in the Hit Dogs’ High School Development Program this past fall. The exceptional guidance and training from Scott Leonard and his team of coaches was exactly what my son needed to help him achieve his dream of making his freshman baseball team. My son has loved baseball since the first day he stepped up to the plate at age 4. He works his tail off to be the best player he can be, and he has a great head for the game. Unfortunately, though, he did not grow up playing on travel teams like most of his friends. That just wasn’t an option for us when he was young due to financial reasons, and by the time we were able to provide him with that opportunity he was too far behind the rest of the players his age to make any of the teams he tried out for. His continued drive and work ethic finally helped him land a spot on a team at 14U, yet he was reminded daily that no matter how hard he tried, he was still not at the same level as his teammates who had already played travel ball for years. Thankfully I stumbled across an online post this past summer about the Hit Dogs high school program, and it turned out to be the best thing I could have found for my son. In just four months, the Hit Dogs coaches took my son’s game to a whole new level. His skills improved tremendously in a very short amount of time, especially behind the plate thanks to Coach Harrison. The training he received from the Hit Dogs boosted my son’s ability as well as his confidence, and as a result, he was able to secure a spot on his high school team for the upcoming season. If anyone else happens to have a player in a similar situation to ours - one who has the heart and the drive, but not the experience - I would strongly encourage you to look into this program! The joy in my son’s eyes and the smile on his face as he told me he made the freshman team was priceless, and he could not have done it with Coach Scott and his staff!

Only Michigan team to be mention in Travel Ball Select National Rankings top 20! Motor City Hit Dogs 12U come in at #6 and 9U come in at #5 - these 2 ages close to my heart but amazing accomplishment for 13U to come in at #3! So - are we heading back to East Cobb!???

Development Program

Superior coaching of the fundamentals, multiple practice facilities and solid parental support are the foundation of this elite program, with the development of players tools being the number one priority.

The Motor City Baseball Club (MCBC) Hit Dogs 'Little Dogs' program for 5-8 year olds is a development training program that will focus on the fundamentals of baseball at a young age.

The Motor City Hit Dogs are now up to over 350 players committed to playing college baseball and on scholarship.
