How Long Does Incredible Technologies Plan to Support the Golden Tee LIVE Platform?

We are committed to supporting Golden Tee LIVE games for at least the next five years. These games are an integral part of our present and future. This commitment includes customer service and tech support, player support for cards, other account-related inquiries along with future software updates that will provide new courses and other avenues for players to compete on these cabinets against other players across North America.

Will Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition Conversion Kits Be Offered for the Existing Platform?

No. The Golden PGA TOUR Edition will not be available through a conversion kit, and Incredible Technologies has no plans to offer these kits in the future. As part of the partnership with the PGA TOUR, we have mutually agreed to offer these updates through new cabinets to ensure branding and graphical anticipations stay consistent with expectations.

Will Golden Tee LIVE and Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition Cabinets Communicate With Each Other?

Yes. On online game modes that are applicable across both platforms, these games will communicate with each other. Players will be able to compete in contests on the same conditions and the same course using the same equipment.

What Will the Fee Structure Look like on the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition?

No change. ITnet fees will remain the same to what they are across the Golden Tee LIVE platform. Incredible Technologies currently has no plans to alter fees.

Will Updates Be Offered on Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition Games?

Yes. Like Golden Tee LIVE, the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition will offer yearly updates. With new technology, we are currently working toward ways to streamline content and enhance the content experience moving forward. Plans on how these updates will work will be relayed in the near future.

What Parts from the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition will be Universal?

The motherboard, video card, memory, processor will be new to this version to align with significant graphical and technological enhancements. Most dollar bill acceptors, however, should still work in the Golden Tee PGA TOUR Edition along with a handful of other parts. The cabinet will be largely new in many areas, although we will provide any crossover items in the near future.

What Does the PGA TOUR License Entail?

For the first time in the game’s history, Golden Tee will have real courses in the game. As part of the partnership with the PGA TOUR, Golden Tee will have access to world-renowned golfing destinations, PGA TOUR branding and other elements of the golfing world that will be introduced to the game over time.

The standard shipping method for most game tables is freight. The processes for freight delivery are different than UPS/FedEx deliveries. Please familiarize yourself with the details of freight delivery below:

Order Processing & Delivery

NOTE :   Lead and delivery times vary by vendor as your order will ship directly from their factory. Any time frames listed are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Processing:  Orders are processed on the same day they are received. We will relay lead-time updates via email.

Shipping Times:  Most orders ship within 7-10 business days after processing. See the Product Page for exceptions (Pre-Orders, Backorders, Made-To-Order, Custom, etc.)

Delivery Times:  Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-8 business days.

Backorders:  If an item is out of stock, we will place a backorder and notify you as soon as it’s ready to ship.

Picking a Delivery Method

By ordering from Game Room Shop and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways.   If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver to your room of choice, any fees associated with dismantling/reassembly or returning it are your responsibility . The following shipping options are available for most products sold. (See Brand Specific Delivery Options below for exclusions).

Free Curbside Delivery:   $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time) 

We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion.  We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you . You may select this option at checkout.

If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

*Orders under $100 will be charged a $14.95 Ground shipping rate

Curbside Liftgate Delivery:   $159 per shipment

You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by   clicking here . The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

Front Door/Garage Delivery:   $267  per shipment

The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or to your garage door. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. 

Inside Delivery (Room of Choice) :   Contact us  for a quote

With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.

White Glove Delivery: Contact us  for a quote

In addition to combining the services above, White Glove Delivery also includes professional installation and set up of your order.

Depending on the item and your location, this service may require 2 separate appointments. One for delivery & another for installation.

For all delivery methods , the following exceptions will incur an additional fee:

• Unconventional Entrance (Window, Basement, Bilco)
• Destination 100+ feet from your doorway
• Request to schedule on a weekend or holiday
• "Remote" Location (rugged mountain roads, islands, resorts, rural locales, or highly congested areas.)
• Delivery outside the contiguous United States 

Be sure to inform us when you place your order if you think any of these exceptions apply to you, and we'll walk you through your options and pricing.

All shipping rates are per shipment. Additional costs will apply if your order contains multiple items shipping from from different vendors.

Ask us for recommendations to save! If you already placed your order, we will request your approval of any additional charges before proceeding.

• For products exceeding 85 inches in length , take advantage of the convenience offered by our available shipping upgrades.
• When selecting delivery upgrade methods like Liftgate Service or Front Door / Garage Delivery, kindly ensure the presence of 2 to 3 individuals to assist the freight courier in unloading the item from the truck.

Schedule Delivery Date

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information. 

You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time – we highly recommend that you do – please let us know immediately. 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. 

The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window. 

Should an issue arise, we will do our best to help you resolve it .   But please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside the purview of Game Room Shop . 

What to Do When Your Item Is Delivered  

Inspect Before Accept (VERY IMPORTANT). Check For:

• Exterior damage: Damage to the packaging
• Concealed damage: Damage to the item itself
• Order Accuracy: Make sure the item received is the exact item you ordered and that all parts are included.

Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Open the package & inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.

Delivery Scenarios & Actions To Take

• Boxes in good shape without any signs of damage? ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing.
• Boxes in with visible damage? If the product itself appears to be ok (or if minor damage can be repaired or just needs a replacement part)... ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write " Damage ," and note any specific holes, tears, dents, or concerns   before signing. If the product itself appears damaged beyond repair or replacement part(s)... REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.
• Boxes & product severely damage? Open the boxes & inspect the product. Take pictures as evidence. REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.
• If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage,  cancellation fees will apply.
• If damage is minor, we may send you a replacement part instead of issuing a refund.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Made to Order Items: You may request to cancel any time before the item goes into production ( excluding Final Sale Brands ). Once production on a custom item begins, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS. It’s essential that you confirm all order details (size, color, dimensions, etc) before placing your order.

After Shipment: 

• The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
• You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.

Once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item, your refund will be issued, (minus cancellation fees ).

Incredible Technologies and the PGA TOUR have joined forces to bring the fun and excitement of real PGA TOUR courses to the fantasy world of Golden Tee Golf.

The brand-new game and cabinet will will feature 90+ original GT courses and three PGA TOUR courses: TPC Sawgrass, TPC Boston and TPC Deere Run.

The new cabinet comes with a 5-inch touchscreen and NFC reader embedded in the control panel. The NFC device can be used for payments and player check-in.

We are looking for a Mathematician skilled at probability, statistics and game player psychology to join our Gaming Development team. The person in this position creates the mathematical design and development of new slot machine games. He/she will design compelling math models and perform simulations to verify the accuracy of the model. Applicants must have an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interact with various members of the development teams to discuss and validate the implementation of certain Math models and game features
• Use written code to verify, debug and further develop game models
• Work with Excel to design Math models and calculate specific probabilities, pay percentages & other statistics
• Adapt to changes in design and be able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic programming skills in C++ and JAVA
• Working knowledge of probability theory and combinatorics
• Strong creativity and imagination skills and an ability to explain the effect of mathematical models to non-mathematical designers and to patiently listen and react to their concerns
• Ability to read, edit and adapt existing software
• Understanding of the psychology of game play

• BS or BA in Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or related field and applicable work experience

A veteran of the entertainment and technical development world, Hodgson has led IT from a $150,000 basement start-up to the international enterprise it has become today. Hodgson's leadership and development of global brands such as Golden Tee Golf have earned her a variety of awards and honors including membership in the University of Illinois-Chicago's Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. As President, she oversees the strategic planning and marketing of the company's products and intellectual properties. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in biochemistry, Hodgson began her career as an industrial chemist at the Kennedy Space Center.

POLICY ON BIOMETRIC TECHNOLOGY

This policy is intended to advise employees of the nature and extent any system in use by Incredible Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") uses information which may be considered biometric information or biometric identifiers subject to the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act ("BIPA"), 740 ILCS 14/1, et seq.

The Company is engaged in the highly regulated gaming industry and is required to obtain licenses to operate gaming in various jurisdictions. In order to comply with gaming regulatory licensing requirements, gaming applications are required to be submitted with fingerprints of employees holding certain positions. The Company formerly outsourced this service and maintained a hard copy of licensed employees’ fingerprints. Effective August 8, 2023, the Company will obtain necessary employee fingerprints through a digital scan, which can then be printed and signed by the employees, and submitted with the licensing applications.

• The fingerprints of the employees identified for the licensing purpose above is collected, used, stored, disclosed, or disseminated to the Company through the collection process above. The fingerprints will also be submitted to the appropriate regulatory agencies to which the application is submitted, and from which the licensing will be obtained. The Company will not disclose, redisclose or disseminate this information to anyone outside the Company other than the regulatory agency for the purposes identified above, unless required by law.
• The Company will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from the stored image of the employee's fingerprints.

Retention and Destruction Guidelines

Fingerprints collected prior to the use of the new system, and on a going forward basis, are stored in the Company’s personnel file, as well as electronically within the Company, and are maintained for the employee for the duration of the employee’s employment with the Company.

Within 30 days of the date of the employee’s termination of employment, the Company will permanently destroy the fingerprints.

Storage, Transmission and Protection

The Company shall use a reasonable standard of care to store, transmit and protect from disclosure the stored fingerprint. Such storage, transmission, and protection from disclosure shall be performed in a manner that is the same as the manner in which the Company stores, transmits and protects from disclosure confidential and sensitive information, such as account numbers, PINs, driver’s license numbers and social security numbers

The hills of West Virginia can be samey and dreary after many hours of exploring, but the Nuka-World on Tour update added a little something to spice up the world of Fallout 76.

Nuka-World on Tour is a traveling carnival version of the amusement park from the Fallout 4 DLC . It acts as an interesting little hub of characters and quests. There are also fun carnival activities that you can take part in with other players. From Nuka-Dogs to new outfits, it's fun to spend some time in Nuka-World on Tour, but some players may struggle to find it. For these particular gamers, the guide outlines the exact location of Nuka-World on Tour in Fallout 76 .

The West Tek Research Center contains many secrets. Here is where the research center can be found in Fallout 76.

Nuka-World on Tour can be found in the Ash Heap region of the map. This area is to the south of Vault 76 and its surrounding forest area. The Ash Heap is a blighted landscape that used to make up the coal mining region of West Virginia. There are many large pieces of machinery that can be seen from long distances in this region.

The area will usually be overcast, as the abandoned mining facilities pollute the skies with smoke and fire. It's advised to wear a gas mask or some kind of face covering when exploring the Ash Heap. There's a chance you can catch the Sludge Lung disease by simply walking around with your face unprotected.

Nuka-World on Tour can be found on the eastern edge of the Ash Heap . You can go around and come from the east by the Uncanny Cavern s and Lewisburg .

There are multiple entrances to the park, and they are hard to miss. Look for the bright red signage that sticks out in the dark ash. Once you discover it, you can fast travel there whenever you want. It's one of a few key locations that are free to fast travel to . There are also no enemies in the park, allowing you to explore it at your leisure.

There are a handful of friendly characters you can speak to at Nuka-World on Tour. You can help repair the rollercoaster, play in the Nuka-Cade for prizes, and play Spin the Wheel.

There is also a stash box and crafting tables at the center of the carnival. Enjoy the amusement park with your friends and take a break from the wasteland.
