Terrible, criminal...shop servo e .. I asked for a route to replace a $13.00 part.. they,wanted to charge $460.00...I refused .they called police.. police said they come there often for this irritated customers getting ripped off.. I agreed to $240.00 Just to get the he'll out of hell

This TA is just okay. The bathrooms are generally pretty clean, but they are a little small with only five or six stalls in the women's bathroom. There is ample parking, which is nice, and there is a large grass area for the dog to run around. There are a lot of complaints about the staff at this location, but I've never had any issues with the staff. There are a good number of gas pumps and prices are fair for being in the middle of nowhere on a highly traveled highway. This is a must stop for us anytime we travel between Sacramento and SoCal.

Whats the deal with ta and the food court businesses like taco bell, on tv the boxes are advertised for 5$...but the ta jCks up the priceto over 6$.. same with popeyes, prices are so high that u think ur eating at a high society place.....unreal, how much morewill the consumer take this abuse?if u guys have to gouge the customer to make a profit,then i quit u guys..

This is my favorite spot to stop at during my long drives up and down California, from Davis to LA and vice versa. After discovering this spot, I always stop here on the way up or down. Gas: The gas prices just doesn't compare to other locations. For some reason their prices are always lower then everywhere else but I'm not complaining. Depending on when you come here, there might be a line for the pumps. Bathroom: OMG I have never seen a bathroom so clean at a gas station on the 5 freeway. Whenever I visit this stop, there's always a worker cleaning it up and restocking paper towels and toilet paper. 10/10 would poop here!! I highly recommend stopping here for gas or even a potty break because this stop is a MUST for me.

This used to be one of our regular stops when traveling up the 5. Unfortunately they now only offer bio diesel. That is not why I am solely giving them one star, it's for the rude employees who would not help direct us to a station in the area that had Diesel #2. Since we are traveling with large rigs we can't just drive around looking for a station. I asked two different employees and they just blew me off.

I normally like going to the Del Taco when we derive through Santa Nella, but this stop was solely for refueling the car and a restroom break. All 16 pumps were full - not surprising on the day before Christmas Eve when many families hit the road a little early. After a short wait we pulled into a spot, pulling all the way forward for the car behind us. This parked us at a broken pump that required going inside to pay. Gas at only $2.50/gal for regular/87 made up for that. Filled up the car for under $50 on a holiday weekend. Ladies room was clean and stocked. Successful stop! Back on the road now with less than 100 miles until home. Woot!

I don't quite understand those 1-2 stars reviews as I'm not sure which public bathrooms they are accustomed especially when you travel. I have two young children and driving from no cal to so cal. I need to stop for potty breaks and I appreciated that these bathrooms are acceptably clean. Although compare to the travel center in Buttonwillow this one is not as clean, it still better than gas station bathrooms!

This Travel Center is conveniently located just off the I-5 at the Santa Nella/Gustine exit. The truckstop has plenty of parking for both trucks and automobiles. There are two restaurants attached to the main building, a Popeye's Chicken and the Buckhorn Family Restaurant so you have the choice between fast food and a sit down restaurant. I ate at the Popeye's which had pretty decent food, but I had to walk through the Buckhorn Family Restaurant to get to the restrooms and got a little sneak peek at the food. The restaurant seems to be primarily buffet style with a salad bar ont he side. The desserts looked good, but I didn't get to taste them. The bathrooms were very clean and were located in the main portion of the building. Patrons of the Popeye's and Buckhorn restaurants have to use the main restrooms, there are no separate restrooms for each facility. There is a Shell gas station as part of the Travel Center. The gas sold there was surprisingly cheap, as cheap as the cheapest Arco or Fastrip stations in Bakersfield. This is definitely a great pit stop if you're travelling North or South on the I-5 whether you need food, gas, or just a restroom stop.

Getting in line for gas here is just a cluster@#(@&$ We saw a BMW pull into a gas station even though its gas door was on the wrong side, pulls out of the spot, pulls in front of us, the passenger lady silently yells at us for NOT backing up even though there were 5 cars behind us, then pulled back into the station. White trash! Before leaving, we noticed that they decided to make their own unmarked parking space. Awesome!

The ultimate resupply/way station for anyone who's on the road during a zombie plague outbreak. This gas station/truck stop/convenience store has just about ***everything**** including facilities and equipment to patch up your vehicles so this will also work for a Road Warrior type TEOTWAWKI disaster, as well. You'll have to bring your own guns and ammo, though. It even has shower facilities, a small movie/TV screening room, and a video arcade to give the kids something to do while you load up on supplies/ repair your vehicles/shoot those who have been bitten. Stay away from the store's own brand of coffee and sandwiches. They are beyond revolting. Or better yet, force feed them to the zombies. It'll kill them as surely as a well placed shot to cranio-occular region.
