Dopo aver provato a prenotare in autonomia, ci siamo affidati a "mondomaldive" perché erano troppe le cose da organizzare (voli, idrovolanti, trasferimenti ecc.. tutti da far combaciare). Siamo rimasti entusiasti del loro servizio. Dopo aver compilato il loro form, abbiamo ricevuto un preventivo dettagliato con varie opzioni entro il budget che avevamo indicato. Abbiamo scelto la struttura e confermato. Nei giorni seguenti siamo stati contattati più volte per essere informati di opzioni ogni volta più convenienti sui voli e sul trattamento, mantenendo la cifra concordata (per esempio alla stessa cifra abbiamo avuto "all inclusive" invece di "pensione completa"). Inoltre via mail abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni del viaggio, consigli per il nostro soggiorno alle maldive e i biglietti aerei. Le ragazze che hanno gestito la nostra prenotazione sono state davvero disponibili e gentili! All'arrivo all'aeroporto di Malè, siamo stati accolti da un loro collaboratore locale che ci ha aiutati a risparmiare un bel po di tempo per sbrigare le pratiche e avere i biglietti dell'idrovolante (tra l'altro molto simpatico e parlava italiano).

Il nostro viaggio è iniziato in salita con la cancellazione del volo all'ultimo per alluvione a Dubai: MondoMaldive ci ha aiutato repentinamente a riprogrammare il volo il giorno successivo (NONOSTANTE L'AVESSIMO PRENOTATO IN AUTONOMIA). Successivamente ci ha aiutato col cambio di camera e per finire, ha contattato direttamente sia il resort che Emirates per farci recuperare il giorno perso a causa della cancellazio ne del volo, facendoci soggiornare una notte in più nel resort e prenotandoci un nuovo volo di ritorno. Perfetto. Mondomaldive non ti lascia mai solo. All'arrivo mi avevano sistemato in una categoria di stanza diversa da quella che avevo pagato, ossia in una sunrise invece che sunset. Alle mie proteste la receptionist mi aveva detto che non c'era disponibilità per 2 giorni e che mi avrebbero dunque cambiato di stanza dopo 2 giorni. A quel punto ho mandato un whatsapp a Mondomaldive ( era domenica) e dopo 15 minuti sono stata trasferita nella stanza che giustamente mi spettava. Non finirò mai di ringraziare Mondomaldive. Tutto molto bene, inclusa la reperibilità immediata per un problema ai visti il giorno della partenza (25 dicembre tardo pomeriggio) Sarebbe utile avere qualcuno che assiste anche al ritorno, almeno in alta stagione. Quando siamo arrivati a Malè con idrovolante non era chiaro dove avremmo trovato i nostri bagagli all’aeroporto internazionale, là file per accedere all’interno dello stesso aeroporto è stata lunga. Non essendoci molto personale dell’aeroporto probabilmente avere un referente del tour operator potrebbe essere rassicurante (così come all’arrivo)

Esemplare, c'è stato un problema di ritardo del nostro idrovolante al rientro e il referente di Mondomaldive ( Mohamed ) aveva già provveduto ad interfacciarsi con il check in di Emirates affinché ci aspettassero: sono venuti a prenderci al terminal degli idro con un mezzo dedicato,ci hanno preso in carico e accompagnati fino al banco check in per assicurarsi che tutto fosse ok. Ad oggi Mondomaldive è stata la migliore esperienza di Tour Operator confrontata con decine di altri viaggi ed esperienze. Abbiamo avuto modo di confrontarci con altri ospiti Italiani che erano con noi al Safari Island e che vantavano una lunga esperienza ancora più della nostra , alle Maldive , e anche loro dicevano che si sono trovati benissimo con questo Tour Operator e che dopo decine di viaggi alle Maldive su quest'isola ritornerebbero volentieri.

Assistenza a 360°, molto disponibile a rispondere ad ogni domanda o difficoltà. In sede di prenotazione non ci è stato detto però, che nel lato alba dalle ore 14,30 circa in poi non c'è più sole a causa della spiaggia corta e della folta vegetazione. A noi è andato bene ugualmente perchè abbiamo apprezzato anche altre attività ma avremmo potuto almeno scegliere vista la prenotazione con largo anticipo

Buona assistenza, unico disservizio è stato riguardo la coincidenza con l’idrovolante (ma la responsabilità principale è di Emirates che all’arrivo a Male ha avuto un ritardo)
