Make sure to check that this company has not given you a hotel that shuts before you can possibly get there.

My main problem was you booked me on a flight that landed me in Berlin 20 minutes before the hotel shut for the night so by the time I got there by train (that I did without any stops or delays) I couldn't check it or access my hotel room till 7 o'clock the next day. So I'm not to happy about this oversite on the company's end as I was trusting you to work this all out for me otherwise I could have just booked it all myself online.

Katie was brilliant

Katie was brilliant. A genuine smile and prompt greeting. Interested in my day. She listened to what I was needing. She took some notes and said she would do her best for me. After a few days she contacted me with a gentle prompt. A few days later she came back with a finished tour of Europe I was thinking of. This was brilliant and subsequently I have paid my deposit and looking forward. Page was lovely too

Last minute booking

I asked if I could have 3 nights in Portugal on the bank holiday for two a week before not much notice. I came away with the holiday - parking at airport- fast track - VIP lounge all done in no time and paid. I only had 1hr to book and to have staff that can do this is great Now relaxed for holiday next week

Paige was a superstar.

Just got back from an amazing Italian holiday. Cant thank Paige from hays cardiff enough for organising the holiday. Helpful but…

Our advisor was really helpful however when we got home and read the reviews of our hotel, it turns out we have to pay extra for air-conditioning- as we’re going to Turkey this is vital! Not an issue but would have been helpful to know as we were booking

Tim Harris was so helpful and as I have experienced over the last two years,He does his very best to help you and with his amazing knowledge after so many years in the business he is able to find the right cabin for you. Mandy at your Ashton under Lyne store is well used to my impulsive nature when booking holidays, usually at short notice. Although challenged to provide a holiday which usually I cannot make my mind up on she offers good sound advice. Thank you Mandy

Went into the office to have a look at ideas for a honeymoon. Beth made the experience so smooth and easy for us after telling her what we were after we had multiple great options within hours and very helpful with any questions etc. Would 100% recommend if you’re after a calm experience booking a holiday and we will be using Hays in future! I walked in and was greeted. I waited five minutes before I was seen by Abbie. She was friendly and got straight down to asking what I wanted. After a brief chat she showed me holiday hotels and within five minutes she had a hotel that matched my requirements. Excellent service and professional customer service. She was great. She even organised a price match against a different operator so i got value, and great service. I had contact with Emily aswel and again nothing but great service. Thank you.

I was apprehensive about using Ryan as I'm so used to booking direct myself. I haven't used a travel agent in years. As this was a group booking, I wanted to get the best price. Ryan is very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most of the booking was discussed by messenger but I did speak with Ryan on the phone too. He managed to beat the price offered by Jet2 which was a bonus. I will happily use his services again.

The cheerful member of staff - Bailey was so helpful and patient I have already spoken to all my friends about him. Will definitely be calling in to look into a winter cruise . He was professional, whilst being honest and listened to what we wanted . Catering to an 84 year old and a two year old , mum and grandma in between those ages too .. five star for sure !
