P&O Cruises 2025-2026 programme to include 12 new ports of call

Seven new itineraries sailed by five of the cruise line’s ships will visit destinations across the world

P&O Cruises has released its programme of itineraries for winter 2025-2026, revealing that it will visit 12 new ports of call over the course of the season.

Seven new itineraries will be operated by five ships in the cruise line’s fleet during the season, visiting destinations across the world.

Britannia will offer new Caribbean fly-cruise holidays in winter 2025-2026, sailing on two new itineraries. The two voyages feature calls in Barbados, Grenada, Curaçao, Aruba, Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Grand Turk, Torola and Dominica.

Meanwhile, in December 2025, Aurora will go on an extended 14-night ‘Northern Lights’ cruise to search for the natural phenomenon. The cruise will start and finish in Southampton, UK, and will call at Åndalsnes, Bodø, Narvik, Tromsø and Haugesund in Norway. Then, in January 2026, Aurora will embark on a 75-night ‘Grand Tour’ around South America, including a return to São Paulo, Brazil, for the first time in 10 years. The ship will again depart from and return to Southampton, calling at 18 different countries and territories throughout South America and the Caribbean.

Also in December 2025, Arcadia will set sail on a ‘Christmas Markets’ cruise with overnight calls to Hamburg, Germany, Copenhagen, Denmark, Oslo, Finland, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The ship will then embark on a 100-night ‘Eastern Circumnavigation World Cruise’  from Southampton for the first time in nine years, calls at 28 destinations including Dubai in the UAE; Singapore; Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney in Australia; Dunedin and Auckland in New Zealand; and San Francicso and Los Angeles in the USA, among others.

Azura will make the cruise line’s first call to Tangier in Morocco during its ‘Canary Islands’ itinerary, departing from Valletta, Malta. Finally, Arvia will continue its 14-night Caribbean fly-cruise itinerary from Barbados or Antigua.

P&O Cruises UK has unveiled its new series of summer 2025 holidays, featuring fresh itineraries and ports of call. The vacations include introductory offers such as a 10% reduction on eligible Select Price holidays and a 10% low deposit offer. Guests booking their holidays by June 5, 2023, and departing between March and October 2025, can take advantage of these offers. For instance, guests can save 10% on eligible Select Price summer 2025 holidays, and a 10% deposit offer is available on applicable Select Price or Early Saver holidays.

The new holiday package offers a range of exciting options, such as:

• 10% saving for guests on eligible Select Price summer 2025 holidays.
• A 10% deposit offer for applicable Select Price or Early Saver holidays.
• Third and fourth guests can sail for free on selected off-peak cruises sailing from and to Southampton UK for six nights or more when sharing an applicable inside cabin with two adults paying full fare.

The highlights of the new holidays are:

• New British Isles cruises on the flagship Britannia , which will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a 14-night British Isles cruise.
• A new 16-night British Isles holiday on board Aurora , calling at Waterford in Ireland .
• Two new ports of call, Toulon (France) and Malaga (Spain) , for P&O's newest ship Arvia , on its Western Mediterranean itineraries.
• Arcadia's 19-night Mediterranean holidays, including a maiden call to Granada (from Motril) in southern Spain.
• A new 16-night Northern Europe and Scandinavia cruise on Aurora, calling at Copenhagen and Gdansk .
• On selected Iona holidays to Norway, guests will call at Flam .
• Two full days in Valletta for selected 14-night Mediterranean fly-cruise holidays on board Azura .
• Rockland (Maine) , a new port of call, for USA and Canada holidays on Aurora.

Guests can pre-register for the P&O UK's summer 2025 itinerary collection, and the voyages will be on general sale (for departures in March thru June 2025) on April 27, 2023. Voyages departing in July to October 2025 will be opened for booking on April 28th.

The UK’s P&O Cruises has announced a new collection of holidays for summer 2025, including a 10th anniversary British Isles cruise for Britannia and new Mediterranean ports of call on Arvia and Arcadia. Britannia’s 10th anniversary British Isles cruise will take passengers on a seven-night voyage around the UK, visiting ports such as Liverpool, Belfast, Greenock, and Edinburgh. The cruise will also include a special gala dinner and a number of other celebrations to mark the occasion.

Arvia will continue to operate a programme of 14-night Western Mediterranean itineraries. The programme features two different itinerary types, all of which have six ports in 14 nights. The two itinerary types for 2025 have not changed since 2024, however Marseille and Valencia have been replaced with Toulon and Malaga: • Type 1 – Italy, Spain and France, with headline calls to La Spezia (for Florence & Pisa) and Barcelona • Type 2 – Spain & France, with six unique ports headlines call in Barcelona and Malaga

Iona will continue to deliver her track Norwegian Fjords deployment between April and September, including spectacular scenic cruising. Itineraries include calls to Hellesylt and Flaam, which are both within a UNESCO World Heritage area, as well as Olden and Alesund, and the Norwegian towns Stavanger and Haugesund.

Britannia’s core summer programme consists of 7-night Norway Fjords and 14-night Northern Europe and Scandinavia cruises, as well as three 14-night Mediterranean Island cruises in the peak summer season. New for 2025 is a 10th Anniversary Celebration 14-night British Isles cruise to showcase Britannia around the UK. The 14-night Northern Europe & Scandinavia cruises feature a highlight two-day call to either Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm and a selection of headline ports in the region.

New for 2025 is a 14-night ‘hybrid’ cruise featuring calls to Norway and the Fjords as well as calls to Scandinavia, including a two-day call to Copenhagen. The 7-night Norway Fjords cruises feature calls to Nordfjordeid, Andalsnes, Skjolden and Kristiansand on selected cruises, differentiating them from Iona. The three Mediterranean Island itineraries are a repeat of the 2024 itineraries, primarily focussed on the Balearics, with calls to Palma and Ibiza. Two of the itineraries feature an overnight call in Palma, which should appeal to the extended target audience, with the third itinerary stretching across to Cagliari in Sardinia with one day calls to Palma and Ibiza.

Azura will continue to operate Europe Fly in 2025, with a mixture of Western, Central and Eastern Mediterranean itineraries from Malta every Thursday. As per previous seasons, Guests can choose either 7 or 14 night holidays. Western Med itineraries continue to offer headline calls to Civitavecchia for Rome and shore experiences to Monte Carlo from Villefranche. The Eastern Med includes selected calls to Ephesus (from Kusadasi) and the picturesque Greek Islands of Mykonos and Santorini. Central Med itineraries include selected calls to Trieste, as well as calls to Dubrovnik. Kotor has also been added to three itineraries, and these will be the first calls since 2019. Four 7-night cruises will feature two full days in Malta to give guests more time to experience Malta’s diverse mix of history, culture and beaches.

Ventura will continue to deliver a blend of trades focusing primarily on the Canary Islands and Iberia, with 14-night Atlantic Island cruises, 7 and 10 night Southern Cruise Breaks, as well as 4 night Short Breaks to Amsterdam. The programme is designed with an extended target audience in mind, with extended calls in both Lisbon and Amsterdam.

Arcadia and Aurora

The mid-size ships will continue to deliver a diverse mix of trades and durations designed to appeal to our most loyal guests and experienced cruisers. Destinations range from the northern most of Norway, to New York and the Greek Islands. Itineraries have been specifically designed to include lesser frequented destinations, and these cruises have been identified as the Discovery cruises.
