I cannot say enough good things!! We fell upon Cruisin' Tikis on a last ditch effort to see the bioluminescent water before we left on vacation... Captain John was so amazing! He had amazing customer service, a great welcoming demeanor and was amazing with making sure we were happy... A few things to touch on the bioluminescent water is truly a one of kind bucket list experience! It's something so incredible that everyone should experience! Don't stress if you don't notice the glow right away; wait until you reach the final destination and the night is at its darkest and the water with light up with beautiful neon blues... it's also fun watching the fish shoot like little missiles of neon... Captain John encouraged us to jump in the water and make glow angels... we were a little scared but glad the other guest did it for our enjoyment! The water is soo warm!! Customer Service - the boat ride started at 830; we decided to grab dinner before and at 6pm started the tremendous downpour! We were so scared we were going to have to cancel and lose our money! However, Captain John said not to worry! If we got rained out we would get a 100% reimbursement but he had been watching the weather and felt we would be ok... he said let's check back in at 7pm... I was so glad the rains cleared and were able to enjoy an amazing night! Captain John really made sure we had nothing to worry about and reassured us many times! We did bring snacks as suggested but honestly we never ate them because were we so engaged with conversation and the water!! Last point - the tiki seemed small on the photos but it's actually very spacious. On our trip there was 7 of us and the captain. Our party included myself and 2 other girls and we are all 3 big beautiful women (250ish) and we were able to walk around the cabin, feel comfortable and sit on the ledge of the tiki... it was a very comfortable experience!! I am so incredibly glad we did this and hope we can visit with Captain John again! If you have the chance this is a 100% must do!!!

I know that the patronage and numbers played into my situation. I was the only one to sign up for this excursion so it was cancelled. Unfortunately I never received the cancellation because of a mix up with my email address, nor my fault. I would try this again with a group of folks not by myself again.

Wife & I decided to do the sunset cruise. We've done this in Key Largo last weekend and had a great experience. Captain John was awesome, super friendly and we had a great conversation with him. He spotted some dolphins as well which added to the experience. If you are in town visiting, add this to your list for something fun to do. We had a great time being on the water for the sunset. Although we had a mix of clouds and sun today, it's still a great experience. Highly recommended if your looking for a great time on the water. There is a cooler and ice is available, you just need to bring drinks of choice.

My boyfriend reserved the cruisin tiki to celebrate our anniversary. The floating tiki itself is really well made, with lots of attention to detail. The tiki has surround sound where you can hook up to Bluetooth and play your favorite play list. It also features a nice big cooler for your drinks. Captain John was super accommodating and also great company on our little excursion. Highly recommend as a fun, different excursion on the Space Coast.
